Read all the reviews of many hotels before I booked and decided that this holiday as very much needed didn’t fancy a kids hotel & this came up the better one… So I’ll put up all the good positive things this hotel brings and then the negatives Positives * After plane being delayed and arriving over 2 hours later than planned once we arrived at the hotel a staff member rushed and grabbed our suitcases. Got us checked in and then took us downstairs to the restaurant where there was food available. *we were taken to our room and everything explained. *food! Amazing! So much choice, cooked fresh, you could eat inside the restaurant or outside in the veranda and you can mix both if you wanted. Lunchtime there was the choice of 3 restaurants which is brilliant considering how busy it gets. *Bar don’t have to wait to long to be served. They DO cocktails but you must look at the book and order but be prepared they don’t make often so make sure they are putting right ingredients in to your drink. *Air con in rooms and cleaned daily the housekeeping are bloody fantastic and huge kudos to them for their hard work. *You can’t put a towel down before 7am (hooray!!) and by 8am there are a few beds left. *Pool party is one not to miss. So much fun and everyone all ages get involved. *Lifeguards again huge credit to the hotel friendly, and make your stay enjoyable. *Hotel is extremely clean *Gym is good however some equipment is broken so use at your peril! *Beach area has canopy for shade - Lifeguard is there, plus security *Rooms are spacious *Inside bar area is really comfy and staff in there are friendly. *Turkish A La Carte night must try you sit on a veranda and choose some amazing food. *Hotel close to all amenities *Short walk along beach and then there is a promenade all along to the Side town *Plenty water available Negatives *Reception staff extremely rude in day time. *Advertises that can hire bikes -They don’t!! *Tennis courts all locked up and overgrown so definitely not available to hire *Entertainment shockingly bad!!! *Animation team -Rude!!! The young lady who does aerobics & yoga! AMAZING!!! She was brilliant & enjoyed all her classes! *Quiet music only at certain times of the day which is massively disappointing. You can hear other hotels music during day!!! *Would not recommend to English visitors unless you can talk German. You will be ignored by ALL STAFF *If you are not a smoker be aware that the smokers are sat by the food area so when you go to choose your dinner you sometimes go through a stinky fog! *The sea is very shallow and covered in rubbish on sea bed so be very careful! *Around 6pm it can still be very warm and staff start cleaning pool area and yet sun is still shining *Meal times are very short time… only open until 9pm but by 8:30pm staff are filling napkins off food and all food being taken away. *When entertainment is on in evening there are no seats available and staff don’t help to find se

We booked this literally 4 days before travel! Arrived to be pleasantly surprised that we were upgraded, we booked annex room , & upgraded to main hotel, the man on reception was very helpful, along with the bellboy who took us to our room & sorted the WIFI for us Room spacious, clean & perfect views of the pool & sea Food & drinks were great , pool area clean & loads of sunbeds . Beach area can be busy but still nice. Sea extremely warm ( just like a bath ) We ventured to the old town & again not disappointed, beautiful setting for watching the sunset , loads of shops to be had & not too mush hassling to get you in to buy You’ll never go hungry here with various options of food from early morning to midnight This is mainly German hotel , but we didn’t find that an issue We would definitely go back again if the opportunity arose Thank you to all staff for a great relaxing stay Room 1109

It was my first time in this hotel and I would recommend it. The rooms are cleaned daily, the food is great and always fresh. The waiters are very friendly. The guest relations manager Aylin is a great listener and is very nice. She takes care of everything directly. The waiter Bekir always makes sure that there is enough to drink and is very helpful. The animation team brings a good atmosphere to the hotel. Serkan the DJ seems very sincere and always makes sure that everyone feels comfortable and has a good time. The music he plays is intended for each individual guest. He plays music on request in the evening. He doesn't speak 100% German, but he still sits down with the German guests and talks to them. Very personable.

We choose this hotel as our daughter is now sixteen, therefore we wanted something a bit less 'kids entertainment' and assumed it would be quieter and less noisy. Unfortunately neither was the case. Firstly, the positives: The hotel is immaculate. From first greeting at the steps to the actual room itself, the staff here do a fantastic job of keeping the place absolutely pristine. We stayed in the annex, so we could have an 'interconnecting' room, and whilst it is separate to the main building, the walk is short (although I wouldn't recommend to anyone with mobility issues) and pleasant. Our room was on the top floor, meaning we had a lovely view of the sea (I requested this with Tui when booking) which was wonderful to wake up to every morning. The room was very clean and the beds changed every 3 days. The towels (1 each) were also changed every 3 days, personally I think this should be daily. The fridge is replenished with water and soft drinks as and when you run out, as is tea and coffee. The pool closest to the annex building is the smaller pool and the one with the slides. Due to it's size, there isn't room for that many sun loungers, meaning it doesn't get overly busy. It did mean having to get up at 7am and taking down our towels. Note: any earlier than 7 and towels will be removed, but I wouldn't chance it and leave it much later as there were loungers with towels on all day that weren't even being used until much later in the afternoon! The food is good. A lot of choice on the first few nights, but whilst the quality was good we did feel like we were eating the same thing towards the end of the week. We did, however, choose to eat outside of the main restaurant, as the atmosphere was nicer and you could sit by yourselves instead of being seated with random strangers, so maybe had we mixed it up a little, this may not have been the case. The restaurants stay open until 9pm, but if you are hungry then I'd strongly advise getting there no later than half 7/8 o'clock. Once the serving dishes start running low after this time, they are not replenished. I chose to eat at 8.30 on one night (husband wanted to watch the football) and apart from some dried up chicken and warm fries, there wasn't a lot else. The serving dishes were literally empty. Negatives: If you're British, be prepared to be treated as a second class citizen, in favour of the Germans. This hotel is 90% dominated by them and the hotel staff are massively in favour of them, meaning they haven't got time for anyone else. As per other reviews, we found the staff to be rude, miserable and very standoffish. Unless you were German, in which case it was all smiles, jokes and bending over backwards. The entertainment was poor. It was literally the same group of dancers every night, acting out other cultural dances and traditions. The one night they had something of interest on, they decided to switch having the football playing in the lobby bar and put it on outside in the main

This trip was truly amazing! The beach was beautiful and had many water excursions available (at an extra cost). The food was fantastic and they had a large variety of options. I am a really picky eater and was able to find something to eat whenever. They had multiple places to eat. They had a buffet inside, two outside, four restaurants, and street food (street food was so yummy). The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Aylin at guest services was the absolute best and helped us so much throughout our vacation. We traveled with Tui and set up two excursions. One was going to Land of Legends and that was a lot of fun, don’t forget to bring a towel though! Our second excursions was a gullet cruise and that was phenomenal (bring a towel for this as well). I unfortunately had to do some work while on this trip and the internet never failed me which was great. They have many activities you can do at the hotel, my favorite was the foam party on Wednesday. They had all of these big fun floats and had awesome music. They have a cute little cat house with food and water for strays. There are cats and hedgehogs roaming around and they are quite friendly. There is also a jack sparrow cosplayer that takes pictures of you with a parrot (you have to pay for the photos). The hotel was very clean and had everything you could ever need. I highly recommend!

The stay at Trendy Palm Beach with my 2 friends was nothing short of amazing. After arriving late due to a delayed flight, they were ready to great us at the entrance and before going through the process of checking in, we were shown where to get some dinner as the buffet was just finishing up so we had a chance to have something. We then went to check in officially and as we had booked 2 rooms, they offered us a family room as an upgrade to which accepted. When we got into the room, we took a look out on the balcony and greeted with a spectacular night time view of the resort. We then went to the bar for a drink to celebrate our first holiday together as friends where the bar staff were friendly and attentive, we never had to wait long for our next drink. The pools were lovely to swim in, the resort was always clean and there was always something happening on the resort for entertainment should you want to take part in things. The breakfast was always nice, had a wide variety to pick from. Lunch, again, was a variety and always changed day to day as well as dinner. You always had different choices to have and the food was always nice, we never had any problems with it and the staff were just as attentive as they are in the bar. None of us can find any fault with the hotel and its amazing staff, every day we had there was a great day. The hotel is even nicely located where its only a short walk to a variety of different shops and even a few ATMs around should you need to withdraw any money. We always felt safe to walk around the area and take in the local area. We were all pleased to have such an amazing holiday and have such great memories. Türkiye is an amazing country to visit and would definitely recommend Trendy Palm Beach as your place to stay

Just got back from one week stay, the hotel itself was immaculate, you couldn't fault it. The food was good, plenty of choice. Theres no cocktail menu so unless you speak German you wouldn't know what choices there is. The entertainment on the evening was good for hotel entertainment but unfortunately was only on from 9pm-10pm followed by 1 hour of mainly German music 😔 This hotel was mainly German guests and I felt that they were the ones they catered for. Very few staff spoke English so it was quite hard to communicate. The entertainment staff work really hard from morning to night, rooms were cleaned daily with clean towels, the restaurant staff also worked hard from morning until night. What can I say about the reception staff and bell boys........miserable, the first people you see when arriving at your hotel should be warm and welcoming, we literally didn't get a smile, apart from the one female we came across. If you like to go on holiday and meet people this isn't the place to stay as you barely even get a smile from the German guests. The location is good, plenty of dolmus to other areas which are every 10 minutes and only 1 - 1.5 Euros. The private beach is just a section on a very busy beach. They've thought about everything in the rooms, toiletries, robe & slippers, shoe horn, Mini bar with Coke, Fanta, water, iced tea & beer. There's flavored teas, coffee, sugar, Sweetener but unfortunately no milk. We had to check out of our room at noon but weren't getting picked up from hotel until 11pm, there is a locked luggage room and a shower next to the spa that you can use. I would say the only thing that let's this hotel down is the reception staff, bell boys and the "odd" waiting staff but that was a small minority and the amount of German guests in comparison to English which is the reason I wouldn't return. Please look into your reception staff as I really did feel uncomfortable approaching them!

Second time at this hotel, and already booked to return next year. The hotel is superb and so are the staff. On main reception is Burham, who was so welcoming and knowledgeable about the hotel and amenities. In the restaurant is Sirkan who again never stopped working and chatting to the guests. At the poolside was Mehmet who again was friendly and was always smiling. In the evening the entertainment was good, but the highlight was the male small cleaner who was always dancing when the Turkish songs came on. All in all the hotel and staff were brilliant.
