We arrived here in the third week of September as a family of three. We were given a spacious family room with a large double bed and a sofa bed that could comfortably accommodate two people. Overall, this room was modern and cozy. The bathroom was also modern and nice, reasonably well-equipped. However, I noticed some black mold in the shower corner, but it wasn't a major issue. They didn't replenish the water bottle or shampoos for us during our stay. The hotel is quite large but never felt overcrowded. It has a welcoming and modern appearance. The hotel's clientele consisted mainly of Western European guests (France, Germany, the UK), as well as guests from Central Europe (Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia, Austria), and Scandinavia (I couldn't distinguish the specific countries). You can swim in the pool, which is near the hotel reception, or in the sea, which is part of the hotel complex and therefore completely free. There are bars near the pool and the sea where you can grab refreshments. We didn't use the pool because we wanted to be by the sea as much as possible, so I can't provide many details about it. Beach and sea: The beach is not sandy but consists of small and larger pebbles. There could have been more sun loungers because if you didn't find one in the morning, it was probably challenging to find one later. The sea here is very beautiful and, even in the second half of September, relatively warm. It's also very clean — you can see your feet, and small fish swim around you. You can change beach towels only once every three days, which I experienced for the first time on a vacation, but it was manageable. There were no animations at all. Only once there was a "Cretan evening" where they played traditional music, and locals performed traditional dances. Food and drinks: The food was very good. The selection wasn't extraordinary, but you could find something tasty every day. Everything tasted great. Besides water and freshly squeezed juice at breakfast, the drinks were from powder and overly sweet and colored. You could dilute them with water, but a higher-quality option would have been better. The alcohol was locally made as part of the all-inclusive package. Paid cocktails were also made from these ingredients. A young lady bartender made excellent paid cocktails, but a young male bartender didn't make them as well, and one was even made incorrectly, which was disappointing for a paid cocktail. After that, I only went to the young lady bartender. A downside is that about two days a week, there's a very strong wind that whistles and makes it challenging to walk against. It also throws the pebbles at you on the beach occasionally, but there's probably nothing to be done about that. The hotel is in a relatively quiet and remote area, so it's more suitable for families with children and seniors or generally speaking people looking for relax. It's also not very convenient for excursions because it's far from major tourist dest
