"These brand-new rooms are located on Boterstraat, a stone's throw from the Grote Markt. The Menin Gate is just over five minutes away, and you can park for free at Minneplein, which is a 450-meter walk away. We had the 'Family Father' room, which means you have to climb three steep flights of stairs and another flight of stairs to the upstairs bedroom. The rooms were clean and modern with coffee facilities. Power outlets are available next to the beds. The beds were comfortable, though the pillows were a bit on the thick side. And the space around the bed was a bit cramped. The friendly host sent a WhatsApp message on the day of arrival with the codes to get in, which worked perfectly. From the balcony, you have a view of the Cloth Hall and the cathedral. Unfortunately, breakfast is not available there, but there are plenty of options nearby. There was one hook in the bathroom; otherwise, there was nothing to put your clothes or belongings on."

"Quite a basic hotel. We chose based on location and for that it was perfect. In the heart of the main square, walking distance to bars and restaurants and the Menin Gate. Breakfast was ok (bacon, eggs and continental) and beds comfortable. Sounds a bit picky but there’s a weird unpleasant smell and mentioning here, so the management might change it as I think it’s from the cleaning which is done. Wouldn’t stay again as it is a bit too basic."

"A very good central location. On street paid parking at a reasonable price. Street parking is free between 20:00 and 9:00. The hotel reception was great and helpful. Quiet room."

"I cannot recommend this B and B more highly. We have stayed here nearly every year for the last 15 years. It’s in a perfect location, for a short walk to the centre, pubs and restaurants. Room is always clean and today. Lovely comfortable beds, and a nice deep bath. Breakfast is eggs (your choice) and a continental style breakfast bar."

"Kasteelhof t'Hooge é um BOM hotel familiar perto de Ypres e, Na verdade, no meio do que era um campo de batalha WW1.A Casa original FOI reconstruída no 1920s. Há um Grande parque de diversões atrás dele, MAS não era UMA questão. Vejo que as janelas estão abertas no Verão, MAS não há problema EM Outubro.Os quartos e hotéis são um pouco aquecidos, mas tudo é muito limpo, as camas são confortáveis e há boa pressão de água no chuveiro. Demora um minuto para encontrar o pequeno bar/restaurante no hotel, porque não é realmente marcado, MAS também EU estava atrasado. Há um edifício novo, que parece um escritório de médicos, MAS ainda recomendo que você fique no edifício principal se você gosta de história e encanto. Aqui está um BOM pátio e anda por aí, MAS Muito Chuva e Frio para desfrutar.O restaurante/bar estava BEM com comida e uma boa seleção de vinho, cerveja, etc. O pequeno-almoço foi incluído e era muito bom - tudo era fresco e não muito transformado, etc. Se você está interessado EM WWI, é um bom lugar para se sentir no meio Da história.Adorei o confortável e dormiu muito bem. Não é um Marriott ou outra cadeia, então se você gosta delas, provavelmente não vai atrair, MAS EU estava Muito feliz com minha estadia."
