Hidden in the lush green hills of Munnar you will find The Lake View Resort by Club Mahindra. Beautiful rooms, extremely cordial staff, great food. I specially want to mention Ms.Lekhika and Mr.Saravanand who made our stay all the more pleasant with their very warm hospitality……specially for my Mom who finds it difficult to walk. They went out of their way to make sure to give my parents a room on the ground level keeping their age and comfort in mind.

The food is scrumptious. The head chef Mr Shubham's nature was very hospitable. Really enjoyed our stay. The property is really big and widespread. The rooms are spacious and the view from the room is also very amazing

Very calm place to relax. Good hospitality provided by all the staffs. Travel was arranged by them for all the sight seeing nearby. Food and room service was good. The wifi was alone not satisfactory , other than that the place is very pleasant , has really catchy views and a great ambience.

Stay at Lakeview resort on November.... Staffs are too good... Very helpful and kindly approached.... Rooms aree too good.... Its nature based resort...my daughter 's son.. 2 year old child happy to enjoy with reception staffss.... They very caring and loveable ladies..... ❤️❤️highly recommended to my friends and cousinsss... Overall service was excellent ❤️❤️.....

This place is elegant with an awesome vibe. Food was amazing tasting . The service was speedy and friendly. The restaurant staff @Himesh was very friendly extremely helpful. Recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to him😊

Nice Hospitality with excellent food & kind service. The workers were so kind and the rooms are so clean and tidy. The resort is spoted with greeny hills and plants with an amazing nature view . And I enjoyed the experience with this resort.

First of all its more of a large hotel than a resort. It occupies a small area Not much of activities to be done in the resort. Cleanliness was the main issue. Rooms were smelly, floors were damp. Rooms were not properly cleaned.the waste bin had all the previous wastes in it. Doors, glass partitions and curtains in bathroom were not properly cleaned and had stains, no bucket or cup in the bathroom.outside the room had paper and plastic waste lying around. Tvs don't work properly. Swimming pool was very unclean. Water looks very turbid cant see the floor from the second step onwards.filtering is not at all proper. People spit in the pool and it was still lying in the water..so we did not use the pool at all.. Good things: Staff in reception and restaurant were well behaved and help ful... Cleanliness need huge improvement...strict rules regarding proper usage and mainatinance of pool should be made as this is the only activity to be done here Overall not worth the money... Acceptable as a lodge max 2000rs per night

I'm prathush from Cochin I have stayed in the resort last month.Good atmosphere and nature. But the poolside& restaurant was not good Staffs was good especially from front office Mr.Kannan and Mr.Abinandh was really helpful.Really appreciate there work. Thank you and will visit again.next time pool and restaurant hopefully improved
