Poor food & poor ambiance, route was very bad and you will pay higher amount for rooms, room is not up to the mark, But the place is good

The property is not worth for money... I booked a cloud villa cottage for 5000 to stay with my wife and child. No towels, no toiletries... No child play area... Nothng available as they give in the advt... And final bill was on a piece of paper.... Good for nothing.

I can give the hotel stay and amenities plus food..4/5. Good ambience , cool atmosphere and play areas , campfire, all were good....but the coordination of booking and correspondence with the guest only 1/5..as we had pre booked two weeks ago and confirmed it even prior to the day of arrival..but on the day the staff was not aware of the booking and made us panick...Nor did they inform about the road work going on..and we had to travel extra 25kms through some off roads and our vehicle got stuck there for a while..the journey to the resort was terrible.. For those opting for a staycation u can definitely go for this...

Good atmosphere and ambience. Worth for money and its affordable for group of friends and family with all facilities. The service is little bit to improve also the way to resort is so hard difficult to reach there with heavy vehicles. Totally it's good👍🏻

Best place to enjoy with family and friends.Ambience is good.Rooms are comfort and neat. Very pathetic road and takes nearly half and hour to reach the location.Not comfort for our vehicle. Breakfast start time could be early instead of 9am.

Excellent stay. Yummy food! Good Climate. Will definitely come back again! The staff were very supportive. Additionally ordered food was comparatively less expensive. It was a memorable experience and stay. Thanks to the entire team of Green Hill.

Very Nice Ambience and well-maintained resorts with polite staffs. Best place for organizing small functions and spending quality time with your family. But I gave it 4 stars because of the road. It is very difficult to reach the resort because literally there is no road for around 5 KM and it feels like a roller coaster ride. I think within one year they will resolve this issue. Apart from that all are good.

Stayed for 2 days in single room cottage lake view with my family.Activities like swimming pool, campfire are excellent. To enjoy with your family and friends in a tea valley ,you can opt for this resort.Childrens will also enjoy the resort.

Best family resort. Best location. Best atmosphere. Satisfaction guaranteed. Need to improve restaurant taste to next level and also to add more items in complimentary breakfast. Breakfast menu is less than 10 only. According to your standard it should be atleast minimum 18 items. Very Neat and cleanly maintained. Top class location for photo shoot. Happy Stay
