Checked ✔️ in the hotel 🏨 . What a gross 🤢 one 1️⃣. The room is cramped with no desk or table. Mattress is flimsy like 👍 those from Fantastic Furniture 🪑 level in Sydney. Bed head is made of some cheap metal spring. Bedside table is smaller than a milk 🥛 crate. No vanity in the bathroom 🚽 - only a sink. WiFi in the room is sketchy. Cups are made of thin plastic, so thin that you can flatten it even when holding it up ⬆️ when drinking, more flimsy than a takeaway coffee cup ☕️. Breakfast 🥞 is awful 😞. Overall it’s a grotesque experience from head to toe. Tour member reminded me to request a chance of room as some of them did get an okay 👍 one 1️⃣. I followed the advice and finally got a better one 1️⃣ in the second night of my stay. Hence my TripAdvisor rating has changed from 1/5 to 3/5. At least they have make some improvement. They have an awesome view on the balcony.

Just returned from a week's stay at this fabulous Hotel. What can I say 10/10 from arriving to leaving. All staff were happy 😊 helpful and made our holiday the best it could be, from the maids, waiter's waitress 's entertainment staff . We all felt relaxed from the moment we arrived. The food and drink was plenty and a very high standard. We will not hesitate to return in an heartbeat 💓 Thank you everyone at the Aqua for a truly amazing holiday experience.

We had a lovely holiday the staff cannot do enough for you from the cleaners, waiters, manager's reception and the lovely couple in the shop also the hairdressers and tattooist went to the Aqua last last year with Family unfortunately my Dad had a Stroke we went for a week but ended up staying for staying for nearly 6 weeks Sule Gunay the guest relations Manager was absolutely brilliant she made herself available 24/7. We can't thank her enough . This year we had a wonderful holiday the staff are still as attentive the entertainment team are brilliant a big shout out to ***e, Birkin and Berker also a big shout out to zafar aka Z thank you all for making out holiday very special we will definitely be back x

We are in agreement with all the positive reviews, and felt we made a really good choice. From the location to the beach which was literally on the doorstep, the great choice and variety of food, the cleanliness, the facilities and the warm and efficient staff were all a welcome bonus which surpassed our expectations. The only negative was the reception, on arrival we were the only ones checking in, but the lady did not fully or clearly explain the many lovely aspects of the hotel. It never felt welcoming, and is the only area for much improvement. Yes, everything can be improved if you are picky, but when you consider what the hotel offers it's guests, it's no wonder people return year after year. A special mention has to go to the entertainment team who gets everyone (who wants to) involved in a huge variety of events through out the day, and the evening shows were also very good. We took the bus into Marmaris which is cheap and only around a 10-15 min ride. It's much bigger and busier than Icmeler with a vibe and shops to match, but we preferred the relative peace and quite of the Aqua. All the staff were friendly and had a genuine desire to make everyone's holiday something to remember. Too many to mention, but George the pool man, Ishak, our maid Merol and the BBQ man (sorry I've forgotten his name) certainly went out their way for us. BTW, the lamb and chicken kebabs were delicious. Yes, there were towels on the sunbeds around the pool from very early, but the place never felt crowded as there were other areas to enjoy with plenty of clean comfortable loungers, and if this was not enough, there's always the sandy beach. We hope to return one day, and would highly recommend this lovely hotel.

Once again we had a fabulous holiday at Hotel Aqua. This time two friends joined us as they wanted to try the hotel based on our past experiences. Importantly the service was unrivalled in any other hotel we have stayed in. The food offering should satisfy anybody due to the amount of different choices available. The waiters are always very attentive, friendly and every request is catered for with a smile. The beach is a big plus as there are always beds available and the staff are extremely helpful. Every day a drinks cart is wheeled down to keep us hydrated. Although there were a few good acts for the evening entertainment such as the Mongolian acrobats and El Divo style singers the overall entertainment was not as good as previously as it was a little repetitive. All in all it was a great destination for our holiday and we will be returning next year as will our friends including another party of six friends who have visited with us in previous years. Thanks to all the staff from the waiters, management and cleaners who helped to make our holiday another great experience.
