Marti Resort Deluxe Hotel

It is not super as you expected from an 5-stars hotel. The sofa at the bedroom was very dirty. Foods was OK. I'm not sure if I come again but there wasn't any extreme issue we had.

We visit Marti resort for 12 days , family holidays. Amazing hotel! Nice viewings around and in hotel! Tasty food and cocktails!!! Big Thank you for ladies Kubra and Yagmur , always smiling and helping!!! Teşekkür ederim ♥️ Recommended

The staff are the best aswell as the food are good but a bit more on show it gets a bit boring and the rooms let it down a bit room keys keep braking and I had some good staff lots of activits to do. The ocean is really nice love the beach 3 staff were really nice to me made new freinds

The hotel was very nice despite a few problems with our hotel room. The pools were very clean and a good selection of pools to choose from and when the weather is dull the inside pool is brilliant and the sauna and steam room was free to use which is a massive plus. The food selection was ok but could have done with a few more breakfast options. We didn’t eat lunch in the main buffet due to the lack of selection again so we chose to eat at the snack bar where they serve a menu of different foods which were really nice. At night the selection was better but still could have been better. We did eat out a couple of nights due to the location of the hotel being next to lots of bars and restaurants, and the food is amazing and well worth eating out once but don’t expect cheap prices, about the same price as uk. The location is really nice and with a private beach which they serve drinks on but on the booking websites (we booked through tui) said it was a sandy swede beach but it’s basically all stones. It was a short trip up to marmaris which we took a taxi boat for £5 per person. We also found out that you can rent electric scooters on a phone app called hop which made life so easy to get around and could go up to Marmaris with them. There were also water sports outside the hotel run by the locals which we did jet skiing twice and parasailing. The hotel staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us and they were all very nice and happy to accommodate any needs. It was sometimes quite hard to communicate with them due to the language barrier but that’s something you expect when going on holiday to a different country. The reception staff could speak really good English though. Every night there were entertainment on but there wasn’t a lot of room so get up there early if you want a seat. Now to the hotel room, the room was very nice and there was plenty of room but when we arrived it felt like it wasn’t cleaned great due to the fact there was dirt and dust on lots of the furniture which was noticeable. We also had problems with our safe and toilet. The toilet wouldn’t flush and the safe wasn’t working so we called reception and they brought the maintenance people to our room which they fixed the toilet and gave us a brand new safe. The toilet only worked for a few days than it broke again so we had to have the maintenance staff out again to fix it which they did but the toilet kept on running but it would flush now so we decided to leave it. Another problem is not enough toilet role in the room which other people also had the same issue. But it was sorted out very quick so wasn’t too much of an issue just more of an inconvenience. Overall it was a stunning hotel and the location was brilliant. The hotel staff were amazing. They just need to improve a couple of things ( food and the rooms) but I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a good time in turkey.

The Marti Resort is a large hotel set in the middle of Icmeler. The hotel staff were excellent. The customer service was very good and they were all very friendly. The rooms need to be upgraded. The food was very average and cold most of the time we sat down to eat. The hotel grounds are beautiful and the Hotel Spa is worth a visit. The Patiesserie was fantastic and you could go from 2pm to 10pm and eat as much cake as you liked. The weather in May is just perfect as you can walk around without it being too hot. Overall we had a good stay but there were things that needed to be addressed.

We are currently still enjoying our holiday at this lovely hotel. I can genuinely say the staff were fantastic. The waiting staff were all lovely! A special mention to Yagmur Uyar, one of the lovely waitresses who was very attentive and always greeted us with a smile. I’m sure you will go far in your career. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The other two lovely waitresses were both called Kubra and were also two very lovely ladies! The two fantastic male waiters on the skates were amazing Mustafa and Okan, they always delivered our drinks with a smile. I don’t know how they whizzed around with so much energy and enthusiasm in the heat! The barman that provided excellent service was called Onur I believe. He made the best gin and tonics ever!! The whole team are a credit to this hotel and all work extremely hard. Our room at the hotel was spacious. The beds were huge and so comfortable. The hotel is situated in a prime location with the beach right outside the rear of the hotel. The grounds/gardens of the hotel as so pretty and the pools are so inviting. On arrival we noticed a bottle of wine and fruit had been provided which was a lovely welcoming touch. There are a few minor criticisms; There is no information supplied in the rooms on arrival. Details of how to connect to the internet, restaurant meal times and perhaps details of the full facilities in the hotel including any costs. Details of events the animation team provided and evening shows could be better advertised. I would also say the food choices weren’t the greatest provided for an all inclusive. That said the food we had was lovely and we certainly never went hungry!! The burgers at the snack bar were lovely if you preferred to have a snack rather than a meal in the main restaurant. Thank you again to all the staff at this lovely hotel that made our holiday so special. We definitely hope to return again in the future! 🥰

Just returned from a very relaxing break at the Marti Resort. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, the grounds were really stunning with 4 outdoor pools and one kids paddling pool. The mature gardens were a tropical relaxing oasis. The bars were brilliant, with local and premium spirits. The real gem for me was the kids entertainment team. They entertained my 2 and 4 year old for hours on end, coloring, drawing, football, and other outside games and then gave them a wonderful kids disco every night. This really helped me to relax and enjoy my holiday. So a huge thanks to Natice and Zahira. The hotel is located in Icmeler, a short 10 minute hop on the local bus (price about 60p one way, kids are free) from Mamaris. I much preferred the beach and the sea was so much cleaner in Icmeler. Marmaris has all the shops and bars, but the Marti resort was perfect to just relax in. All staff were very friendly, the bar tenders worked their socks off and the guys on roller blades delivered drinks straight to your sun lounger - perfect. The food was generally very good, some nights good, some nights excellent. A varied choice most of the time. I would have liked to have seen yogurt at breakfast, chilly sauce at other meals and at least one meal of turkish donner kebab. The salads were excellent. Some evenings there was charcoal grilled chicken, lamb etc which was very tasty. Ahmet the manager kindly accommodated a late checkout and when we did have an issue with our shower it was fixed within 10 minutes at 11pm which was impressive. I loved the evening entertainment a mix of dancing, local bands etc - some were really good. Twice a week there is a piano concert which was also good. Overall we had a great time and I wouldn't hesitate to go back. Sure there are some minor negatives, but nothing to really grumble about. Value for money was excellent.

This was a great hotel, the staff were exceptional and made the stay a great experience. The facilities were excellent and the hotel is kept very clean at all times. The waitress and entertainment team were always so helpful and so we had a fantastic time. A special thanks to Alican and Yagmur who were both exceptional 👏.
