Grand Hotel Palladium

I can't rate this hotel highly enough. We went on the 08.04.24. We stayed in rooms 109 and 110. The beds were so comfortable and the rooms were so beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The rooms, balcony and view were breathtaking! The ladies on reception were incredible! Informative, helpful, happy and nothing was too much trouble for them. They made us all so welcome. The restaurant was out of this world! My son said, "I've never had food this good in my life!" And I have to agree. Ruben was wonderful. Talked us through the menu, made suggestions and even arranged for my daughter to have salmon fillet on a little pasta (as she's not as adventurous.) He helped us with wine selections, chatted about his football loving son and had such warmth and friendliness. They suprised my daughter with a cake as we went for an early birthday treat for her. Again, like the ladies on reception a real credit to your hotel. Breakfast was, yet again, amazing! Huge selection and enjoed by us all. The breakfasts ladies were also fabulous. The spa is wonderful, the pool beautiful, views incredible. Everything was immaculate inside and outside. I could go on and on about this wonderful hotel yet still not have told you everything. From the bottom of our hearts thank you. If you are in two minds on whether to book, just do it. It is nothing short of sensational and without question the best hotel I have ever been to.

If you’re looking for relaxation look no further than the Grand Hotel Palladium. It’s not in the thick of the hustle and bustle of typical Ibiza resorts, instead has its own beach cove with simply stunning views. Whether you’re at the pool, on the beach or the restaurant terrace there is a feeling of tranquillity and serene. The room I found spacious, big bathroom, ample storage space, if you’re lucky a sunrise view and was made up daily. Service was impeccable, I found the staff offered a very high level of service and made me feel comfortable and valued as a guest. The restaurant and breakfast offered a wide range of healthy fresh food and drinks with service by the pool or on the beautiful terrace. Location is a 10-15min walk to town but there are some restaurants and shops in the area, if you’re looking for adventure then I’d suggest hire a car. However if you’re looking for a super relaxed holiday then I found the hotel had everything I needed and didn’t mind the walk into town. It’s very rare I’d go the same place twice but I’ve a feeling I will be back at this hotel in the future, many thanks to all the wonderful staff 🙏

What a fabulous hotel this is. We had room 109 which had a tremendous sized balcony, sea view and overlooked the pool. Staff are super friendly, the hotel is very clean and it’s a beautiful view of the sea and Santa Eulalia from the terrace where you can have breakfast. It’s a 10 minute stroll into town which is a lovely walk. Both of the swimming pools are salt water and there is a good sized warm jacuzzi next to the indoor one. Breakfast was served from 7.30-10.30 and served an exceptional array of options from fresh fruit, pastries, individually cooked omelettes, hot items, breads, cereals and yogurts. Would recommend in a heart beat

Spent 5 nights at this excellent hotel right on the beach just a short walk into Santa Eularia town. The hotel has only 27 rooms however the facilities are more like those you would find in a 200-room hotel – they are excellent! Including a huge indoor pool, outdoor pool with many comfortable high-end loungers and umbrellas, large gym with machines and some (plate) weights and bar, sauna, massage area, bar, loads of showers and toilets and a gorgeous terrace on which to enjoy breakfast (and other meals). The room itself was impeccable. We were upgraded to a suite which included 2 bathrooms (excellent shower), lounge area, large bedroom (quite a hard bed) and ample terrace. The room included fridges, air con, kettle, hirdryers, safes, beach towels, robes, lots of hangers and cupboard space and the most fantastic toiletries (from the brand Campos de Ibiza) – I am not one who usually uses hotel toiletries but these were so good, I bought the lot from reception where they sold them also. The only ****** is that you can hear quite a bit of noise from guests in rooms above – especially when they move furniture (why do guests do this?!). The rooms and all communal areas are exceptionally well cleaned. The hotel could not be closer to the beach if it tried! It’s a 1 minute walk down to the small beach Playa de s’Algar and 3mins walk to a small supermarket and German bakery. It’s a 10-15minute stroll into the main Santa Eularia town along a lovely promenade. We didn’t eat in the restaurant outside of breakfast but there are plenty of choices in the town. Staff were very attentive and accommodating and I would absolutely stay again. Thank you for a fantastic stay, we loved it.

Excellent service, beautiful location with views and access to the beach, fantastic facilities with clean room and pools, private car park, the local area was relaxing with convenient shop/restaurant that did lovely food and fresh pastries, highly recommended and we would definitely visit again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. What a setting for meals, overlooking Santa Eularia Bay. Great service from Ana and Rosa in the mornings for breakfast. Nice pool area and always a sunbed available. Room was a good size and kept very clean. No english speaking TV channels if that was a concern for anyone but we took our Firestick which worked well. Great location for access to a small beach in front of the property and easy walking distance into the main drag of restaraunts/bars. Reception staff also very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again without hesitation.

I stayed here for one night due to a last-minute change of schedule on my trip. I was pleasantly surprised by the property, staff, and location. After staying at three other properties on the island that had equally high ratings, I'd have to say that this was the only one where the high ratings were warranted. Pros: -Staff is the best! Very professional, kind, and helpful -Nice indoor and outdoor pools -Location is quiet and right above the beach -Close walk down to town -Amazing restaurant view -Clean and organized -Reasonable price for the area Cons -The rooms were a little basic for what you might expect. I would have hoped for a full-sized TV and desk. But still not bad! After dealing with other disappointing hotels in Ibiza, I'm glad I found this one, and I'd certainly love to stay here again.

Situated in Siesta about 15 minute walk to Santa Elulia, Grand Hotel Palladium is a curious mix. With only 27 rooms it is small enough to have good personal service but it is not a boutique hotel. The furnishings are dated and the rooms could do with some TLC but some of the rooms have massive sun terraces (109, 110 and 111 and not sure of the numbers on the floor above). OUr massive bathroom had a tiny shower. Still there was a kettle, very small safe and a leather couch along with a decent sized bed. Breakfast is an ok buffet with some cooked options but is standard without being special. The indoor and outdoor pools are a decent size and with only 27 rooms there is plenty of space. The hotel would be quiet apart from the banging music sometimes coming from the next door similarly named hotel. It is 50m from a small beach which has a portajohn and small beach shack serving drinks and sandwiches and renting out a few beds. There is ok wifi which doesn't quite reach the whole of the property. Overall a nice experience in a clean quietish hotel but definitely not 5 star.
