Everything was perfect, close to the beach, stuff was friendly and helpful, nice room and vibes

The most fantastic week with my best friend. Cannot recommend this hotel enough, everything was perfect from start to finish. - private entry car park opposite the hotel free of charge for our hire care - super gorgeous hotel lobby, pool and rooms - breakfast was at dorado the sister hotel just a 5 minute walk we sat and ate breakfast everyday overlooking the beach and the sea. - staff were so accommodating to my dietary requirements vegan breakfast everyday, hash browns, beans, avocado, tomatoes, mushrooms, toast and fresh fruit salad. - super handy for going out taxi's were way cheaper than when we stayed in San an. Walking distance to ushuaia and hii ! - Marshall speaker in the room, smeg fridge and kettle, cute coffee machine with pods provided. - cocktail shaker in the room really nice touch we had lemon drop martinis on the balcony every night. Missing tropicana already, will definitely be returning for our annual ibiza trip from now on. 💗💗💗💗💗

Wonderful funky hotel in a perfect location just back from the main road. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Poolside bar was great with snacks available too. Also provide the option of using their sister hotel pools/bars situated next to the beach with sea views. Highly recommended 👌

Myself and 3 friends visited Tropicana Ibiza suites for 2 nights and absolutely loved it! Perfectly located - close to the airport and 10 minutes in a cab from Ibiza town. The decor is just fabulous - think 1930s Miami vibes with flamingos everywhere. Lovely staff, particularly the ladies on reception. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at Tropicana 3 years in a row. Its a cool hotel with a nice look and style. Rooms all look same, nice little suites. For a short dtay, what we had, it’s fine. On the downside, the noise level can be challenging. The aircon transports music from partying guests into all rooms. Sleep impossible, even if you‘re party proof. Unfortunately staff is barely helpful, if you require assistance in turning noise levels of respectless guests a bit down. Consider this, if you want to stay here.

I recently stayed at Tropicana Suites, and while my experience was alright, I don't think this hotel is worth the money. The hotel itself is very aesthetic and makes for lovely Instagram photos, you can also use the other facilities at their sister hotels which is a nice touch, but that's about it. The first time I checked into our room, I don't believe it was cleaned thoroughly. I could still feel sand on the floor, the toilet was a bit dirty, and I even found a hair on my bed. The most frustrating thing by far is the fact that you hear every little thing in this hotel. Staying in Ibizia during peak season, I expected to hear some noise at night. However, the walls are so thin you hear the water running from other showers, when people use the toilets, etc., which makes it incredibly hard to sleep. Our shower also had a leak in it, which just goes to show the maintenance in this hotel is low. They also don't give you hand wash or any soap which is very odd. The room gives you cooking facilities but no washing detergent. Lastly, it's disappointing that they stop serving room service at 7 pm (as that's when the bar downstairs closes) considering its peak season, in a prime destination for nightlife, it just doesn't make sense. The pool is also very small, and at times I found the water to be a bit dirty. Overall, my experience was decent, but considering the price I paid, I just don't think it's worth the money.

The whole place was great, but taken over by influencers! I’m still here now but didn’t realise that the pool area would be taken over by people doing a photo shoot. No sign that photography and flashing lights were taking place so set my epilepsy off as I was waiting in reception. Just had to fit it out in my room! Bout room and kitchenette has been great!

My first time in Ibiza has been in Tropicana before we changed hotels. This place give nice 80s flamingo vibes and the staff is so professional and caring. I came with friends but I believe you will enjoy it more with a partner. Will be back for sure with my girlfriend.

I stayed at Tropicana suites for 1 night last summer for my boyfriends birthday gift. For the price I paid I expected a lot more. Firstly we got the bottom floor with a hideous view. It was like a dungeon. We arrived at 2pm to check in and sat around the pool for the day. There was only 1 member of staff it took 30 minutes to get a cocktail and they didnt have most of the food on their menu. We decided to just go back to the room because we were getting agitated with the bad service... to be told the pool bar is now closed and we couldn't order room service. We thought, ok we will use the mini bar... nope. Nothing. Theres fancy fridges / kettle etc but NO mini bar? no tea/coffee/ drinks/snacks absolutely nothing. I may as well of just paid 400 euro to stay in a hostel for a night. We also paid extra for breakfast but the next morning they told us we had to go to a different hotel to get the breakfast... luckily my boyfriend speaks Spanish so could ask locals but we would have been lost if not. Hotel staff were not helpful at all.
