The service at Taj Tirupati was exceptional. This is the second time I am staying here. There was absolutely no issue that was not addressed timely and with satisfactory results, especially upgrading me to a higher category and addressing my needs. The quality of the service and overall positive attitude towards my stay satisfies me to come back and stay at Taj Tirupati whenever I am in Tirupati. I usually offer suggestions for improvements, but there is absolutely nothing that could be improved – you have set the bar very high.” It was a Happy Stay.

This hotel have provided best services in hospitality, customer satisfaction and accountability for ensuring the comfort of all guest. I personally would like to thank the ***ager, Staffs and Mr Azam frm the f&b for making sure I’ve receive the best treatment possible. I stayed a total of 6 nights and they nvr fail to impress me with their excellent care and services by the reception, housekeeping, F&B, In Room Dining and Main Door ushers and all request were met swiftly. I must say they have been trained well and every one of them are truly remarkable indeed. Well deserved recommendation and I will be back only to Vivanta next time. Thank you.

Poor Reception Staff. Called up asking for check out time inspite of reconfirming existing booking.

The lobby is spacious and comfortable. There are Buddha sculptures on the lobby and floors. The room is large and the decoration is poor. It is not as good as a domestic express hotel. The bathroom is flat, there is no bathtub, no shower curtain, and the bathroom cannot stand every time after taking a shower. In the free time, I stayed in the lobby, the room could not stay for a long time, in the residential area, a little far from the commercial area. Hotel buffets, room deliveries, and hotel cars are all too expensive, four times more expensive than normal. The lobby was pleasantly surprised, it was extremely disappointing to enter the room, I can't live with the price. The hotel with the fewest renovation facilities in India. Will not stay at this hotel again.

Check in was good, fast & efficient Room was clean but room refrigerator was not even cold , can’t even have a cold drink Bottle water was given which is good Breakfast was 80% indian food probably catering for local or indian guests not international guests so had mainly toast , fruits & eggs Service staff tends to forget your orders hence need to be repeated or told a couple of times Could have improved on it Reception staff were helpful

She graciously helped my wife with her Indian attire, making her feel at ease despite not wearing such clothing often. The beautifully decorated room for our anniversary was a delightful surprise, and her eagerness to assist made us feel genuinely cared for. Mr. Daksh (Welcome & Check-in): Daksh welcomed us warmly, provided a smooth check-in experience, and took the time to click some fantastic pictures for us. His clear explanation of the evening’s agenda added a seamless touch to our stay. Mr. Tejal (Front Desk): Tejal’s gentle reminder about the feedback form was greatly appreciated, ensuring we didn’t miss the chance to share our wonderful experience. Each member of the team contributed to making our stay unforgettable. The attention to detail, personalized care, and genuine warmth of the staff truly embody the Taj standard of hospitality. The stay was really comfortable and all went smooth. The staff was really cordial and helpful. Good food . Perfect stay. Mr manoj was really helpful in doing the bookings. The travel desk mr Rafik organized the travel well and even catered for contingency. Would like to stay again. The new renovated rooms are good

Hotel is good, good value for money, Chinese food on the m floor. Udon, shrimp fried rice is good. One day I ordered pineapple fried rice, but curry was put in it, but I didn't take a bite. The hotel asked me to leave the group and was very surprised and happy
