Hotel Grandeur

The stay was not at all pleasant. Below points are to be noted i) Dustbin cover was broken ii) No doormat outside bathroom. iii) AC flapper was missing. iv) Tiles in bathroom were soily v) No water in wash basin from right side tap vi) Hot water was not there for bathing vii) Breakfast was included in MMT voucher. However same was not provided. Not even a cup of tea

Hotel and its services are terrible. AC not working, no cleaning done, no hot water catle, no complimentary water bottle. Room service is terrible. Washrooms are so dirty and stinking that you can not use them. I would not give rating in negative or zero star hence giving one star

My parents recently had the misfortune of booking a room at Hotel Grandeur Ameerpet through easemytrip website, and I feel compelled to share my horrendous experience to spare other from this nigh**arish ordeal. Upon arrival at the hotel for our prepaid reservation, my parents were met with appalling level of rudeness from the front desk staff. Despite providing clear evidence of our reservation, they outright denied us a room, making absurd excuses about the hotel not making enough money from from our booking. This blatant disregard for our reservation left us in a lurch, scrambling to find alternative accommodation in an unfamiliar city. To add insult to injury , the staff at Hotel Grandeur Ameerpet refused to refund our hard -earned money. It's one thing to encounter poor service, but to be treated with such utter disrespect and to have our money held hostage is completely unacceptable. I warn anyone considering booking a room at this hotel to think twice. Hotel Grandeur Ameerpet has demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism, customer care and integrity. They clearly have no qualms about mistreating guests who already paid for their services. Save yourself the agony and frustration - avoid this hotel at all costs! In a city with numerous lodging options, there is no reason to subject yourself to the risk and hassle that comes with booking at Hotel Grandeur Ameerpet. Spread the word: STAY AWAY from Hotel Grandeur Ameerpet if you value your peace of mind, money and your overall experience.

Worst hotel in the world. Please do not book in this hotel.

The location of the property is very good. And it has decent amenities but the towels are too old. The biggest problem is the staff ***ager and his attitude. We had to extend our stay so we booked for another day through the Orbitz app and got the confirmation too. But the ***ager did not honor the extension saying they send an email to ******* about not taking any more reservations from this app. He was very rude saying we can't do anything as we have to talk to Orbitz about the reservation on cancel the reservation. After cancelling the reservation, we did not get any refund. Now we have to talk to the customer service of Orbitz after returning back to US.
