I had a pleasant stay at the platinum business hotel, which i booked through makemytrip. Although i had reserved an executive room, the hotel manager kindly upgraded me to a deluxe room at no extra cost. I arrived early to drop off my bags in the luggage room, and the staff responded promptly and securely stored my luggage. This allowed me to go shopping without any hassle, and i checked in smoothly at 6:00 pm. All the facilities were excellent, and the service was very good. The next day, i checked out at 10:45 am and left my luggage at the hotel. When i returned at 6:00 pm, i collected my luggage and went directly to the airport. The morning breakfast included in my package was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for both family and business travelers.

The property has a great location. It is clean and well maintained. But it has no windows and sunlight.

No ventilation, yet the room was pretty good. Spacious and clean. The washroom quality could have better

24x7 help desk helps in locating the property though it is a bit difficult to find it. Additional charges apply for early check. Otherwise all are perfect
