Hyatt Place Hyderabad Banjara Hills

Local is good near biggest shopping mall in Hyderabad. Food in hotel was great. Surprisingly they have high security. So is very safe n comfortable too.

Room size is decent. Towels look very old and not in white color. Breakfast is acceptable.service during breakfast is good. Body wash, shampoo and other were very intense with lemon smell. Credit card number noted on laptop after completion of payment using swipe machine ..why?

Shavani was very kind and accommodating. Service was prompt and warm. The breakfast was good and the swimming pool was decent.

I enjoyed the fresh fruit, pastries, and made-to-order eggs. The on-site restaurant also offers a range of lunch and dinner choices, and the 24/7 Gallery Market is a convenient option for snacks and drinks at any time. The only minor downside was that some dishes were a bit spicy for my taste, but that's personal preference. Facilities: 5/5 The hotel has excellent facilities, including a well-equipped fitness center and a rooftop swimming pool with stunning views of the city. The business center is also a great asset for those traveling on business, with meeting rooms and printing facilities available. Parking was ample and secure, which is a big plus in a busy city like Hyderabad. Overall Experience: 5/5 My stay at Hyatt Place Banjara Hills was nothing short of excellent. The combination of a prime location, comfortable rooms, outstanding service, and great amenities made it a truly memorable experience. Whether you're in Hyderabad for business or leisure, I highly recommend this hotel. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to the city. The food is excellent,staff is reponsible. Staff Sanjana was best I dealt with. Came with family for Buffet. Must try - Tawa fish,chicken stater and keema Mutton Biryani. A friendly atmosphere and great ambience. Definitely I recommend this place
