Helpful staff, spacious room, cleanliness needs to be work on, location is not really central but rates are affordable. So if ur in a budget and looking for a spacious room this hotel is not bad.

Hotel is new. Big room with one king and one single bed. Neat and clean. Smells good. One small table for dining. Two big storage units. Bathroom is big, neat and clean. Small balcony attached. Reception staff is friendly and always ready to help. Room staff is also good. Location is near to hitech city. Near to us visa vac center. Breakfast is just normal with limited options. Idli, dosa and uppumaa with tea and coffee. Outside food allowed. They will provide paper plates also. They allowed late checkout with a nominal amount which usually most hotels don’t do. Overall excellent stay and value for money.

This property is at a prime location in hyderabad and offers superb comfort and spaciousness at an affordable price. Provided a lovely complimentary breakfast.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the balcony hotel and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment i arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and i was promptly shown to my room. The room itself was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. What truly stood out was the exceptional service. Every staff member i encountered was friendly and went out of their way to ensure my stay was enjoyable. Overall, my stay at the balcony hotel was a delightful experience. The combination of excellent facilities and outstanding service makes it a place i would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. I look forward to returning in the future.
