My new wife and I chose Old Drift for our honeymoon, and we were not disappointed! Such a wonderful experience from the accommodation, the immersion in nature, the river views, the magnificent Falls themselves, the wonderful staff, the fantastic menus and of course the all-inclusive drinks! It was just a perfect stay, and we felt so blessed to be able to start our marriage in Africa and enjoy what our home continent has to offer. And we were pleased to once again see that we can contend with the best of the rest of the world. Thank you Zimbabwe, we love you, and may your beautiful country go from strength to strength.

Old Drift Lodge was the first stop on a safari tour and we were blown away by the friendliness and service of the staff The facilities are not permanent structures and therefore a bit different from what we have experienced in the past, but they were very spacious and comfortable. Overall a great stay.

I recently had a wonderful stay @ Old Drift Lodge with Wild Horizons. A great team, great location (inside the Zambezi National Park), great food and accommodation. Highly recommend.

We stayed at the Old Drift Lodge during our first safari trip to Africa. From the beginning to the end of our stay it was a great experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the accommodations were great with a terrific location on the Zambezi River, the food was fantastic, and the service was top notch. We felt pampered from beginning to end. Definitely one of the highlights was the river safari along the Zambezi River, it was relaxing and we spotted lots of wildlife along the way including hippos, elephants, giraffes, and many species of beautiful birds. The sunset on the Zambezi was unforgettable. The Old Drift Lodge is an outstanding lodge and we highly recommend it.

Our guide, the room, the service, the food, the amenities, the comfort (bed, linens, pillows)...all excellent and beyond reproach. Cannot say enough good things about this place!

Our trip to Zimbabwe was short but filled with beauty and made even better with our stay at Old Drift, the rooms were above our expectations and wonderfully set next to the river. The guides were incredibly knowledgeable and with out a doubt one of the best experiences we had on our trip was staying here

Old Drift lodge is perfect! If you are looking for an amazing Safari experience, look no further! First, the location is wonderful, on the Zambezi river in the National Park. The staff is very attentive and knowledgeable from check in to check out they are there to help you have the best experience possible. Vusa was our guide throughout the trip and we could not ask for better. He knows the park so well, he is able to find the animals and teach you about all things Zimbabwe. Amanda guided us through the check in process and helped plan each day to maximize our enjoyment. The food was wonderful and the ambiance romantic. This property is a gem and the people that work there are simply the best. I had always wanted to visit Africa and go on Safari, I never dreamed it could be so perfect. It was like Christmas morning every day!
