We chose the hotel because it has a large pool and is located less than 2 hrs from Shnaghai. We were lucky and got an upgrade and could go to the room already in the morning. Late check out was also possible. Service (English speaking at the front desk, restaurant and bar) was courteous. Breakfast with little western selection, but bread&croissants were good. Overall quality also ok. The facilities were clean and spacious. We will probably go there again soon for a weekend trip.

No sightseeing spots within 30 minutes by taxi.....but the hotel itself is good and has some nice features like the big swimming-pool, tennis court, go kart racing.
Unfortunately we couldn`t rent a bicycle. But the hotel staff was very friendly. The breakfast was also good.

Location, rooms and swimming pool excellent. Children enjoyed very well during our stay. Other facilities maintenance should be done better. For example children outdoor playground out of service for now, carting cars look like old. Indoor activities should be improved with more option. Also dining in the hotel little expensive and menu very limited, do not have so much option. My kindly advice that, if hotel pay attention these points, guest can enjoy better in the hotel and do not neccassary to go outside of the hotel for daily necessities. Finally hotel stuff very helpfull and always in polite behaviour.

Relatively good hotel. The kid's pool is very good. The room is clean and nice and the hotel is very nice with good views.
Breakfast is included but not a lot of chooses, food running out very fast and it takes a lot of time to renew. Sometimes it is not even renewed. Donner is even worse especially when it is expensive. We felt like we haven't got a return on our money at dinner

這次的旅遊有些意外驚喜。本來以為就是一個酒店，其實地方很大，相當於一個度假村了。雖然五一，但是人感覺沒有特別多，無論是是玩還是吃，都沒有人擠人的情況。這次的酒店前台也很好，一位帥小夥知道我們開了5個多小時，還給我們免費加了一份套餐，實在非常感謝，小朋友們玩得很開心。

五一來湖州，不準備去景點了，這裏還算清凈，人沒那麼多，小火車，釣龍蝦，採摘果蔬，小童户外遊樂場，户外水世界（沒很熱我們沒玩）應有盡有，酒店走幾百米就能到西山漾濕地，裏面有孔雀，黑天鵝，火烈鳥，小朋友喂黑天鵝喂的很開心。

酒店在西山漾濕地景區裏，周邊生態環境很好。酒店園區內綠化也很好很漂亮，度假氛圍滿滿。難得的是綠化這麼好房間還沒蟲，這點很棒。
房間寬敞明亮，裝修簡單而精緻，以酒店開業年份來説算維護得比較好了，設施還算新。落地窗外是一小片湖和一座植被繁密的小丘，景色不錯。
要重點為酒店的服務點個贊，為住客準備了防蚊液，枕頭也可以根據需求換不同種類的，感覺很貼心。工作人員非常熱情周到，特別是餐廳負責人潘本成（Alan），能迅速並妥善地迴應我的需求，溝通非常順暢高效。

服務：首先先表揚一下服務，服務人員都很熱情，客房服務員王興平很耐心細心，住店期間經常麻煩她，她一直很nice。辦退房時，盧偉經理也很熱情周道，還有一旁的小姐姐（忘了問名字）從入住開始就很好，幫我搬行李到房間還耐心地給我介紹了一下週邊的設施，希望領導也表揚一下她。
設施：設施大部分都很好，就是淋浴房的蓮蓬頭有黃色的水垢，希望以後可以更新一下
環境：位置在西山漾濕地公園裡，公園裡有梅花鹿和黑天鵝，天然氧吧，空氣很好，離市中心有段距離，但是自駕的話問題也不大，開車都很快
