Hotel was nice and quiet. When we checked in to get our room we were given a room that wasnt clean amongst other guests that checked in as well. Television was amazing. I would give this hotel 3-1/2 stars out of 5

The room was clean, beds were comfortable. staff extremely friendly, breakfast was decent. I do wish the tv had more streaming options, but than again my goal wasn’t to spend too much time in my room.

Hotel service has gone down hill in the last year, dirty, charged me for 2 rooms 2 nights, issued refund and still haven’t received it, rooms were dirty, disappointed

the hotel was ok, the bed comfortable. The two problems we had were the room temperature unable to control it. We were on the 3rd. floor and it got too hot during the night. Even turning the heat to 60( unable to go any lower) didn't work. Air conditioning wouldn't turn on. The other issue was the"full breakfast", worst I ever had, potatoes looked half cooked and tasted that way. The sausage looked under cooked also. the waffles were ok' Skipped breakfast the next day.

Our room was on the end which was fine. the pool room was too cool to enjoy the pool or hot tub. Since our room was on the road side, it was noisy through the night , you could hear the traffic go back and forth.

We stayed at this property Feb 6, 2024. My kids and my husband all got Chlorine burn from the hot tub. I luckily had to do laundry (in the one working machine.) We had to go to Walmart that night to get some lotions because their skin was burning. I stopped at the front desk and let them know. The next morning all of the brand-new suits were bleached out, I stopped and showed them at front desk. She assured me she would at least credit the room. Called the next week and they said health department tested. I called health department and they confirmed they DO NOT test Chlorine levels only bacteria. Called hotel back and they said I had no proof. I asked to speak to owner and Manager said she isn't authorized to give name, number or a message, then told me "DO what you gotta do." before she hung up. DO NOT WASTE TIME or MONEY. Breakfast was also horrible but hey it was free so there's that. I do not usually waste my time with reviews however for your safety STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL.
