The place was great. Quiet, very suitable for families and couples. The food was good and varied in meals. The bar is open all day. The reception was good and we received excellent treatment from the reception department. We did not wait long and they gave us a room overlooking the pool. It was great

Excellent stay at lemon and soul, the food was good and the room and communal very clean. The staff were very friendly. The hotel is not as big as other resorts in makadi bay that I have been too, but this is a plus as it's less busy and always got a sun lounger by the pool. Yes the pool can be cold to swim on but it's same with most pools in the area. The only down side to the hotel is the WiFi which is only available in the reception area and is very slow and temperamental at times, however I was prepared for this by getting an Egyption SIM at the airport.

I came here for the food and the beach.I can swim unlimited and reach a great reef Weekly,a street food festival takes place in the Labranda Royal promenade

The stuff was so helpful and they do Thier best for us , the beach in the hotel was so beautiful and the food also has a beautiful taste , thanks for everything and we will definitely back to that hotel also we will recommend that hotel for our friends

The stay fullfilled our expectation. Good value for spended money. There was everyhing good enough. If mistakes or imperfection are searched, could be found. None of this was important for us. The transfer to and from beach was funny, even by bus or walking. The beach of Lemon hotel was may the best and most nice in the Makadi bay. The hotel is small and simple comparing to the big resorts directly on the bach, but can offer all a tourist needs for a week stay. Our main reason of choosing Lemon&Soul was the possibility of walking even to the beach, and also around the bay on the beach.

The hotel was excellent regarding rooms and reception and hospitality but food quality and variation was not that excellent. Staff was cooperative. Pools were perfect. Beach was in another hotel at the other side. But the while stay was good.

Quiet hotel with limited restaurants and entertainment. Let's start with the good points, friendly staff in all areas of hotel. Room cleaned daily and our staff member great and interacted well and very helpful. Pool area clean and pool attendants friendly. Wifi available in communal areas as well as within room, but told weaker the more you are away from reception. Bar area clean, no queues, staff friendly and helpful, waiter service the more they understood you and get to know your drinks 😀 Negative 😉 points, no entertainment, guy during the day friendly when asking if you were OK but no schedule of planned programme or asked if you wanted to be involved, once asked (last day to join darts). If you want night entertainment then you have to go to sister hotel by shuttle bus, not ideal for and if you go at nght then amphitheatre only allows soft drinks, why when booked all inclusive? Food in restaurant repetitive, normal for all inclusive but very basic even in themed nights. We had a medical issue, doctor was great but hotel state they deal direct with insurance which is a lie. You pay upfront and claim back. so make sure you have insurance and enough money to pay in advance. Al a carte restaurants off site, 1 meal per week, nice but you to plan in advance and a set menu, but nice if you want a better meal. Not typical English setup if that is what you are looking for.

Rooms are cleaned daily and you get a water every day, so no worries, you won’t have to go and look for the market unless you really need smth. Shuffle bus works good taking you back from the coco loco parties where you can caunt on the animation group which is excellent. Also a big thank you to Alaa who was really helpful with showing the directions and gave me lots of informations about the events in the Amphitheater 🤩

Very helpful accommodating staff, hotel was very clean, amazing animation team especially Mo. Rooms were cleaned everyday to a high standard. Quick shuttle bus to neighbouring hotel which had amazing facilities including private beach
