Empire Hotel Aqua Park

This hotel is a death trap. There was a fire in our apar**ent block last night. There are no working smoke alarms. No fire alarm. No evacuation procedures. The electrics are terrible. The animation team and bar staff were fire fighting with outdated extinguishers.

Costs you like a tent place and if you don't have Hilton expectations, everything is very ok considering how much you paid. The beach is the place where you feel very good thanks to the beach manager Atef who makes sure you feel comfortable and welcome. The staff cleaning does its job and cleans the room every day. So if you have no pretensions you will feel at home. I hope to visit this location again in the future if I have the opportunity. Thank you to the staff for the hospitality.

am very satisfied with the services offered by the hotel, the price and the offer, you get what you paid for, if you have a problem, you can go to another location without any problem, especially for customers from the west who are welcome to complaints and welcome to the Bar as usual and I don't understand what it means respect, they are arrogant and superior. I am pleasantly surprised by the attitude of the beach manager Atif, who is very professional, you can see years of experience and at an advanced age, he gives an example to young people by cleaning the beach (he collects the trash and cigarette butts and they look at him without to lend a hand to help) If you need any help or information, Atif is the right man. Such a man would be held by the company because it's hard to find suitable and loyal people nowadays. So don't forget how much you paid before to criticize because people there do their duty with the little that is available to them, so don't forget respect, dear customer. I love this hotel and Egypt and food here good and tasty animation team, every day entertainment show just got hotel and Aquapark it’s very fantastic really I love everything in this hotel. Make me feel happy. My room is very good clean and big.

Animators are fun, communicative and energetic. The sea and the beach are clear. The room is okay. The variety of food isn’t good, but taste of some of it is delicious. Staff is great, very kind and communicative. The hotel is clear, they clean up well.

Nice place, but a Little bit Old. Rooms are ok, and clean. Good food. Everyone will Find something good. Beach is next to the empire Beach 250m From here. U can use swimming pool also there. I reccommend That place for familiee couples or friends and single.

A hotel to be avoided. First we booked one hotel and was put in the sister hotel. We asked to be moved to the hotel we had booked and they wanted more money, we declined as we felt we had already paid. The room was very basic. The curtain at window was ripped. The shower was a joke with dirty shower curtain hanging off. Fridge was filthy, couldn't be used. Very large stain on mattress. SO GLAD TO BE HOME. NEVER TO RETURN.

Hotel is really nice. Food is delicious, everyone will find something from yourself . Nice place for couples, families and single. Beach is amazing. Weather is always perfect. Nice wind. Funny and kind animators, specially that one from Poland - Madzia.
