Wel heel leuk opgezet. Niet heel hygiënisch. Niet fijn dat de katten die daar rondlopen en niet geadopteerd mogen worden, want ze zijn zo leuk voor de gasten, Niet verzorgd worden en met vervilte vacht daar rondlopen. Verder veel verkoperspraatjes en tevens ook niet eerlijke antwoorden. Eten was wel oke. Personeel was buiten de verkopers wel heel vriendelijk.

Very good entertainment and overall perfect holiday! Good food, clean rooms. Very interesting hotel concept. Parties are the best i highly recommend. Staff is very friendly and kind. Fun shows everyday. Nice cocktails. Good english and Egyptian music to party to.

The rooms are amazing we had the best experience at the hotel, all the staff do there absolute best for you!! Bar staff work so hard alcohol wasn’t great spirit wise for our taste but the beer was really good!! And your right on the Red Sea which if it’s to hot by the pool which we found you have the sea breeze with sun beds it was perfect honestly we will be back again and the trip to Sahara Desert on quad bikes were 10/10

Had a wonderful holiday, I can only describe the hotel as whacky. Restaurant- personally I found the food varied and plenty of selection. Thank you to the Ashraf, chef and Ahmed and company, who looked after us so well. The Teriyaki restaurant was fab and Bam Bam were so good to cook om ali for me. Thank you so much. We were so well looked after by everyone, including Ibrahim poolside and Waghi who looked after our room. The poolside staff were also wonderful, nothing was to much trouble for them, Hany thank you for the lovely cocktails, although the hotel could do with reviewing their supplier of the alcohol. The animation team were good fun but like other reviews they could do with turning down the volume. Our room needed some attention to the curtains, but we forgot to report it. We are hoping to return in September. Kiara keep up the good work.

We just come back from an amazing holidays in Caves Hotel Amazing place,always very clean and tidy everywhere. Food was good,sometimes not much choice but overall good . Bedroom was big the only issue was the shower with cold water but everytime we called to the reception they fixed the problem. Disco inside was a bit bad …empty.. Beach is small but very nice . We have an Egyptian massage and it was great! Entertainment was not much but the staff was great. We will Defenetly go back

Fantastic holiday, hotel is clean and friendly, helpful staff. We did struggle a little bit with food, (but this is more due to our tastes and me being an incredibly fussy eater. So this was our issue more so than choices available) however, they were making changes based upon feedback from guests and these were positive changes. Need to bear in mind they are trying to cater for a very wide audience. Don't take to much from the 1 star reviews, the place is lovely, the rooms are clean, the beds and pillows were exceptionally comfy (better than ours at home!) We had a swim up room which was everything you could ask for, beautiful clean swimming pool, your own twin sun lounger and even a corner sofa area. We did alot on our trip here (we stayed for 2 weeks) we booked trips to Cairo, Luxor, vip boat trip and quad biking all through Mohammed the resident excursion manager. Everything was quick, easy and well thought out, all our trips met expectations and made our trip a once in a lifetime opportunity. Any issues we did have (we didn't have many and they were only little things) Mohammed sorted out quickly for us. All in all, we have had a fantastic holiday and I would highly recommend.

YABA DADA DONT Shocking organisation. Reception staff were horrible and aggressive. Arrived at 11pm to be told that we didn’t have our swim up rooms we weren’t even given standard rooms. Sent us to a hotel 50 minutes away and didn’t get there until past 2am. All the other staff were amazing, George the massage rep was very kind and all the massage workers. But we will never be going back, wasted two days of our holiday. There was multiple guests each day getting told they didn’t have their rooms and were getting shipped off to other hotels which they had to pay.
