This hotel was excellent in everything, the service was amazing the staff are very nice and professional everywhere is clean and sparkling.
I go to Elgona a lot but this place is the best for me.

The piazza restaurant is very delicious ! The staff members are very kind and attentive ! One of the staff members “Lotfi” is very kind, gentle and helpfull! He always ask if you need something and is very attentive to all your resquests. The hotel is impressive and clean! All the staff members are kind and helpfull. Amazing hotel !

Great hotel with very nice people who works 24/7 so you could feel relax! On volleyball I’ve injured my leg, Yahia give me fist medicine help! He always smiling, great worker, beach is very clean because of him! Playing with my kids! Huge respect🙌🙌🙌❤️❤️❤️

With "ELFWA" we had a very helpful and caring room service. He was always friendly and did his job to our complete satisfaction. The hotel was all in all good, even if a bit older. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was varied and delicious.

Very nice and friendly staff. Especially Kirolos! The food is good and the location is very beautiful! The rooms are large and clean and have a beautiful view. The staff makes you feel like family and they are very hospitable. Thank you for this experience

We had a lovly time. Fero, mustapha and Moo gave us the best time and our daughter had the best time with them. They really made our stay so much fun. Mustapha gave our daughter so much attention and she was totally in love 😍 they have the heart in it

Arrived here a few days ago and so far so good. Wonderful friendly staff in all depar**ents of the hotel, really all of them are great animation team, bar staff, waiting on staff, cleaners gardeners, kitchen and restaurant staff go out of their way to make your stay a good one. Reception and mangers too its a great environment for a relaxing holiday El Gouna is beautiful will update at end of holiday....
