this is a very good hotel ,the life and transportation is conventient,there are gasstation ,*****tore,snacks ,restaurant,supermarket ,room is clean,comfortable ,very quietly at night ,manager of hotel spoke excellent english,offers a lot of local travel advice,thanks ,maybe next time ,i will come back again

出遊伊犁，特意訂清水河的瞻德酒店，服務好，有包容的酒店，因為我帶我家貓咪了，回烏魯木齊前又選擇了這家酒店，服務小妹妹還幫我免費升級了親子間，特別感謝🙏附近吃飯也方便好吃，還買了當地產的草莓，一次愉快的旅行離不開住宿的酒店，下次遊伊犁還會選擇清水河瞻德酒店！！！

看評價較高偶然選擇了這家酒店，地段不錯，周邊很繁華，最讓我滿意的服務態度，前台漂亮的古麗小姐姐免費升級房間，走時還給我送了小禮品冰箱貼，超級貼心，這個價格入住這個酒店真的超值，下次有機會再來 👍👍👍

前台古麗服務態度超級好，有求必應，很親切，入住以後發現遙控器不太好使，打電話請工作人員幫助，一位小哥很快趕到，還熱情給我們解答了關於景點的問題。總得來説，酒店設施比較滿意，衞生也不錯，住了兩天，打掃衞生及時而且沒有影響續住。給古麗小姐姐的熱情點贊！

來新疆半個月了，這是我住得最舒服的一個酒店，來説説我的一些入住感受:
1.服務熱情，那天很晚到，前台還打電話詢問幾點到酒店，囑咐我們路上慢點開會一直等我們之類的話，酒店保潔在走廊相遇也是彬彬有禮笑臉相迎
2.衞生乾淨，乾濕分區，衞生打掃得特別細緻，床單被套疊放非常整齊，仔細檢查也沒有污跡和毛髮之類的，一看就是經過專業培訓的
在新疆的旅遊旺季旅遊區酒店質量真的是參差不齊，有些床品感覺就是睡過沒有換的，有些衞生間上一個客人用過的東西都還在，服務質量也是，遇到有些酒店服務人員心不在焉的樣子，反觀之，就覺得這家店特別温馨了

衞生：床單是我最直接評價衞生程度的，很乾凈哦；
環境：整體寬敞、舒服、安靜，隔音做的很好，不會因為夜歸人吵鬧聲吵到；
服務：性情中人的老闆很nice，還會彈吉他唱歌～
