Staff was very friendly and helpful! Rooms were clean and beds were comfy! Pool was nice, some tile missing but hot tub worked great and pool was fun! Right next door to hooters!

Staff were very helpful and welcoming, especially the day shift staff.
There had been very cold weather, and there was ice in part of the parking lot. The area under the check in area was clear, but where you parked to walk in was not. Maybe use salt to try to thaw it?

We got there late and left early. Not much interacting with anyone. Only reason it wasnt 4 stars was the breakfast. I had to ask twice for milk and the eggs and sausage tasted like cardboard.

The bed was very comfortable, which is what we needed. You can tell this place is a little older. Breakfast was okay. Not over the top though.

Enjoyed my stay. I have zero complaints about the service or quality of my room. The hot tub didn't have a rail to get in or out of it but we made due. Overall my kids enjoyed the pool and we enjoyed the cleanliness of our room. Beds were comfy, and the mirror in the bathroom kept my teenager occupied for quite some time haha.

I will never stay here again. When I arrived I was told my reservations had been cancelled. I did not cancel it. Was initially told the hotel had no available rooms. Suddenly at a considerable higher rate a room was available. It was homecoming at Alabama A&M so I knew rooms were in short supply and I was exhausted. Checked in and room had a terrible odor and TV did not work. Bathroom floor was grimy . Front desk person was so nonchalant about it all, it was borderline rude . Do not stay here.

It was fine for the price. Clean. You do hear people walking above you, but was otherwise quiet. The eggs and coffee at breakfast are really bad, but what can you expect for the price?
