If you live within 50 miles of the property you will not be allowed to check in and will be turned away. Nowhere does it state this as a rule or restriction when we booked and this information is also not supplied on the properties direct website. Management stated there was no exceptions to this rule and would not comment if it was due to the recent weather related disaster or keeping local mischief away. It’s also intrusive to have your address read out loud and verified in front of a packed lobby of guests. You will wait in a long line to check in with only one staff member who turned customers with new or prearranged accommodations away. We stayed one night here during the week but would have chose other accommodation had this information been revealed prior to booking which it should be as this was a time consuming hurdle. No matter why the policy is in place, it should be prior beforehand knowledge. Second floor is noisy and our room had an odor. Sheets smelt clean and room was clean. Entrance is inclined off a busy road.

Stayed only one night after road-tripping all day. Presentation of this hotel is really nice. I did find a couple dead water bugs in my room but during my night stay I didn’t see any live ones. I do believe housekeeping can do a better job in cleaning the dead critters on the floor in corners. Everything else was wonderful! My daughter enjoyed the pool.
