"We checked into the Hyatt Regency 501 at Dulles International Airport in Virginia. I didn't know why the deluxe king room I booked was changed to a double room. The most intolerable thing was that when I went to the bathroom to urinate at 12:30, the flushing system did not work and the toilet water overflowed. I hurriedly took a few towels to surround the toilet. I hurriedly woke up my wife and called the front desk. Although the maintenance technician came up to solve the problem quickly, I was dissatisfied with this room because I booked a deluxe king room without breakfast. Because I brought some special diet, I thought there would be a microwave in the room to solve the breakfast problem for our family, but there was no microwave in the room. Even urinating can cause the flushing system to not work properly. I have stayed in many hotels and often stay in Hyatt hotels. This is the first time this has happened. As a result, my wife and I are very upset during the tiring journey. It is now 2:00 in the morning. We can't fall asleep and rest well. I am very angry. O anfitrião deu-nos a sala errada, antes de "força", mas de forma educada, para nos mudar para a nossa sala original.Ficámos lá uma noite antes do nosso voo de Dulles, então não foi grande coisa. Mais uma coisa sobre as jurisdições de estacionamento, por isso há um parque de estacionamento compartilhado em torno do hotel, compartilhado por duas outras instalações. Eles mostram-lhe um mapa que não corresponde às marcas do parque de estacionamento. Portanto, tenha cuidado com o que você deve seguir e sempre confirmar com o hospedeiro do hotel."

"Lovely hotel. Read carefully parking is $22 a day. I felt like they made up for it with their 2 free drinks /person happy hour each evening  and  omelette station each am. There was a nice regular breakfast along with that. Pool makes the beautiful lobby smell like chlorine. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was  very clean."
