From the moment I arrived, the hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The lobby's tasteful decor and soothing color scheme immediately set a serene tone, instantly putting me at ease. My room, a spacious suite overlooking the stunning city skyline, was a haven of comfort and luxury. The room was impeccably clean, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job of maintaining its pristine condition throughout my stay. Dining at The Serene Haven Hotel was an absolute delight. The in-house restaurant offered a diverse menu showcasing culinary masterpieces created with the freshest ingredients. The attentive and knowledgeable staff ensured that each dining experience was an unforgettable one. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the exceptional service provided by the staff. 客觀來講環境和衞生一般，服務真的是難以接受，早餐有一個服務人員，在後廚內的一個大姐從開始一直罵罵咧咧，大庭廣眾下特別大動靜喊以下內容1.別讓我看到你們打包，2.盛飯不能接着點嗎？弄的到處都是，3.對待外面的服務人員也是一直罵罵咧咧，一天的好心情都他媽被這家酒店的早餐毀了，環境一般，床頭充電插口沒電都忍了，這服務真的是不想再去第二次了，廣大網友千萬慎重，別到時整的一天心情都不好

這家酒店三星級。 設施老，早餐差， 8點鐘吃的早餐。熱菜，豆漿什麼的空了也不及時續。 衞生也不是很好，第一間房廁所黃色污漬沒收拾乾淨，房間有味道。換了一間，坐便圈也不是特別乾淨，套了個墊子。 工作人員的服務很好，解決問題很積極，不逃避問題

房間一般，就是最早的賓館的配套模式，可能是十一高峯的原因，價格快500的價位，感覺性價比很低，就是招待所的感覺，早餐也很一般，小米粥、雞蛋、花捲、鹹菜，外加2個炒菜，麪包片等，能吃飽。 但是停車場還是蠻大的。 如果不是高峯旅遊期，價格200元左右合適

基於價格和前台服務的優秀，給了高分，衹在設施上扣了一星。重點表揚一下幾位前台小妹妹，辦理入住就感覺非常温馨，雖然房間設施不太滿意，但是對得起這個價格。當我在前往防川的交通問題上遇到困難時，前台小妹們給予了我安全有效的幫助，我的防川之行完美收官。借平台再次感謝！

這居然是琿春唯一一家三星酒店，看這老舊的設施吧，都什麼年代了看這插座！！真是無語！早餐也是簡單不能再簡單了，弄幾個饅頭花捲，居然連包子都懶得做，弄了一堆鹹菜，看着好像菜很多，都是鹹菜啊，熱菜就2個，沒有牛奶，咖啡就是三合一袋沖，服務員用開水沖好放在罐子裏……總之真是對不起三星名稱！！價格也不便宜洗漱用品簡單廉價到極致了！！！就連衞生紙都是便宜不能再便宜的那種！！！

酒店應該是上世紀招待所的裝修標準，無智能化設備，但價格昂貴到 千元左右，設施以及硬件都跟不上，衞生條件也一般，地毯多年未清洗的感覺，晚上睡覺，隔音太差。

房間整潔很大，停車場位置充足，賓館位置很好離歐式街很近，出歐式街很近步行到海鮮市場一條街，很方便品嚐帝王蟹，可以延長退房時間，前台接待服務熱情大方，值得推薦入住

服務員人美態度好。給免費升了房間。房間乾淨整潔，停車場非常寬敞，早餐也很不錯。價格對於十一黃金週來講還算划算。下次去還可以再選擇這個賓館
