We stayed with our high school basketball team. The girls enjoyed the pool & hot tub & tea in the evening. Beds were comfy. Nice & clean. Good breakfast. We'll be back!

Check in was quick. For what you pay to stay, there are no channels to watch on the TV. No food menus or dining options in the rooms for those not familiar with the area. Do not get the triple room right above the lobby. The sliding enter/exit doors are so loud. We heard them all evening/night/early morning while trying to sleep. Pool and water slide were great. Would be nice to have some life jackets available for young kids since the water is too deep for them.

The front desk clerk was so kind and helpful. She was very receptive,,,made connections which is always nice. The room was comfy,,,and it was nice that this Canalta had a pool and water slide for the kids. It’s a great stay so far.

Found a bed bug on our pillow. Hotel was not concerned and I was told their hotel is very clean, then asked to charge my card in file. One poor “I’m sorry” as we are walking out. Not impressed

The hotel was fine. The room layout was good and the room was clean. I found a cement bug inside my pillow case. The mattress pillow top was flat. My husband couldn't sleep - we had a room adjoining another and both doors closed. The other occupant was making loud noises in the late evening, and then was up at 4am violently sick to his stomach. Not anyone's fault, but it was so loud, it sounded like he was in our room. Outside there were cigarette butts all along the sidewalks and densely scattered around the front entrance.
