Fantastic smart hotel - everything is voiced controlled -小度 is a wonderful bot - everything is new and spick & span. I love their free ice cream - such a nice touch and very welcomed on a hot summer day. Highly recommended!

帶倆孩子來海拉爾玩，覺得這家酒店的設計孩子應該會喜歡，裏面上下鋪的設計，我們一家四口能住下，有個小滑梯，老二爬上爬下玩了一晚上，全屋智能很方便，衞生很乾凈，所有的服務的工作人員也很貼心，雖然是淡季，早餐也很豐富。雖然價格相對其他酒店略貴，但總想着讓孩子住的開心一些，感覺酒店的設施和服務對得起這個價格。推薦

非常好的一家酒店！九宮格早餐屬實是震撼到啦！服務人員很熱情，酒店房間電路出現小小問題及時幫忙解決！地理位置也很好，旁邊就是六二六美食街，全是當地美味，川天椒麻辣燙必須嚐嚐！下次來海拉爾還住這個酒店

酒店看着小小的一家，但是確實是小而美，內有乾坤。
裏面的設施算挺智能的，而且用下來沒有壞的，入住有果盤，水是百歲山的，還有一些小零食，總體還是比較有心意的。
房間總體還是比較乾淨的，睡着也舒服
夜宵分量挺大的，早餐也是，有羊肉，布里亞特包子和蝦，總體餐食比較有民族特色，不太能吃得慣（個人原因）
感謝前台的小姐姐，人挺好的，爽快，還會主動介紹免費的雪糕
