Me and friends booked at the last minute in this hotel through Agoda. So after 5 minutes, I made my booking, took a cab, and in a few minutes, I reached the hotel. They asked for my booking confirmation; unfortunately, I did not save it. I could not download my booking voucher as the internet was so slow. It took me 30 minutes to locate my booking. However, they said that they are fully booked and need to move to their sister hotel, Dream Relax Inn, just 5 minutes away. I waited for almost 30 minutes when they realized again that they were fully booked and needed to transfer to the Dream Relax Hotel. So I had no choice but to return again. When I enter the room, I smell dust. I even used my perfume and bought a room spray to lessen the bad smell. Rusty door knobs and hangers in the toilet Broken handles for the cabinet. Less power outlets, and too far from the bed area. Broken iron. There are no tags indicating if the liquid bottle is for hair conditioner or shampoo. No toothbrush and toothpaste. Very dimmed lights. You can feel it every time the neighboring rooms open and close their doors. It is very scary if you are alone. We need to complain about that last breakfast because they cannot prepare it at 0615H. We need to insist before they give. I tried being considerate, because in fact, they should give me compensation because of the inconvenience caused when I arrived at their hotel. But I let it pass because I am also a hotelier and I am trying to understand them. There are a lot of things to improve because there is great potential.
