Quite happy with the overall quality of the stay. The room was clean and neat, the only thing is that the front desk receptionist was a little cold.

A superb hotel with excellent services. Room is spacious and very clean. Beautiful view of the West Lake from the room. Everything is in perfect order and well organized. Kande International will be my only choice for staying at Hui Cheng District. All the hotel staff are friendly. Kelberly at the Front Desk is particularly helpful and courteous who provides excellent services making my stay at Kande to be one of the most comfortable and pleasant hotel experiences in China. Thank you and for sure I will stay at Kande again when I visit Hui Cheng next time.

It was my first time in this resort and I enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the area was nice and quiet (perfect if you want to get away for some peace and quiet), and my room was lovely. My only draw back was that the tub in my room was a bit small. I'm already a tall person so it was a bit of a squeeze but still enjoyable. The food at the restaurant was more on the Chinese side but that's to be expected given the country we're in (even at a global hotel chain). If you do not have a problem with Chinese food, then you will enjoy the food. I personally liked the boiled shrimp and a spicy crab dish that they had available for dinner. I'm glad I ended up finding this location on Trip, and I would be back again.

A great location by the ocean, great facilities, loved the swimming pool, super friendly staff however the western restaurant (outside of buffet hours) is super slow, and unprofessional service. The sea is not for swimming.

Excellent place to stay overnight in Huizhou. Great view from Bath to a city , a usually in Crowne Plaza - very poor selection on mini bar. Regular lobby bar well equipped with 2 drinks fee of charge for guests. Will come back again 5/5

A really pleasant stay in this place ! The room it's really comfortable, clean and super spacious. The hot springs are nice, all the amenities on it too. Staff is always around cleaning and checking that everything is okay. The food it's really tasty and has a big variety to pick between Chinese and western dishes. It's really worth it the price and I will definitely come back !

This time I booked their best room, which is 600+ and has an area of ​​more than 140 square meters. There is a vast outdoor courtyard with sofa chairs and hanging chairs. Sitting there, you can overlook the West Lake. It is very comfortable to bask in the sun and blow the breeze~ What I also like is the semi-open glass bathtub in this room. It can be used as a bathtub and swimming pool in winter and summer. It’s great. Before checking out, I checked that only room 999 has this bathtub. 666 Like 888, both have indoor bathtubs, and the courtyard is not that big and not that comfortable. In addition, the hotel service is good, and the room also includes West Lake boating tickets🚢You need to make a reservation one day in advance.
