"會師樓大酒店，四星又四鑽，但設施老化且維護不及時，管理不科學不標準不靈活，對入住客户服務很一般！我們下午4:00左右入住酒店，給我安排的第一個房間衞生間下水堵塞，導致淋浴房漏水、衞生間發大水，工作人員修不好，經反覆交涉給我換到了隔壁的房間，但這個房間電話故障，工作人員又修不好，耽誤了好長時間，我們又餓又累又冷，又給我們換到對面的一個房間，這時都下午6:00左右了，我們兩個小時左右不能正常入住，又冷又餓又心情不好，總之入住體驗太差太差！這不應該是四星級酒店之所為！好的地方：早餐品種多、有特色、質量好！總結：這個酒店陳舊、落後、不能與時俱進、不能科學管理、不擅長為顧客着想，不注重顧客體驗，與同行業同星級酒店差距太大！"
