First I will start by saying they will accept foreign guest without a lot of complication. The location is right on the beach but it’s a bit far from the main area where more people are unless you want Solitude. The problem. We booked a week in advance which should have given them a week to prepare the Villa properly. Instead they waited to spot clean the day before. They waited so last minutes that when we arrived all of the floors in the entire house were still wet. And smelled. Not only that the villa is extremely old. Do not be fooled by the photos there is extensive mold and water damage. If there is expectations of a storm do not stay here. Also the house is very large and difficult to ventilate fully. Regardless we tried to make the best of it. All of the cushions from the furniture were dusty and molded from the water damage. There was a massive storm. There was a massive storm in the night and parts of the roof fell in and water leaked all through the house. Eventually they finally moved us to another place not the same style we originally paid for. If you need to be moved you have to push them to give you a better location they tried 2 move us from our 6 room villa with a pool to a 3 room villa with no pool or windows. The final destination was much better but again extensive water damage. The floor boards are not very secure. I would not recommend staying here. I really appreciate all the staff did to help and I really understand but we booked a week in advance all of these should have been secure before our arrival.

房間設施齊全，可是比較陳舊，衞生一般，服務態度好。距離飯店、海灘很近，如果短途兩天一晚還是可以接受的。尤其一讚的是無敵大海景！

像是20年的老宅臨時打擾出來讓人入住的，衞生環境和設備情況都堪憂！！！不值不值～入住之後也還沒打掃好衞生😷😷

這個價錢，還行吧，裝修比較舊了，衞生也一般般，住了三天，主要是不打電話就沒人來搞衞生的，也許酒店公寓都這樣吧，還是跟價格有關，搞不清楚。總體來説還是滿意的。

別墅裝修設計雅緻時尚，配套設施一應俱全，非常適合跟朋友家人一起度假，還有私人泳池，管家服務也是相當到位，辦事效率很高，很滿意這次入住體驗！

別墅靠近大海，周圍環境優美，房間裝修佈置很温馨，設施很齊全，很適合跟朋友家人一起休閑度假，價格還很實惠，我強烈推薦！

這裏環境很好，房間都挺大的，設施齊全，和朋友來玩可以一起燒烤打麻將，還挺多玩法的，下次聚會還來這裏

設施：屋內設施基本完善，院子裏還有待提高改善 衞生：房間衞生還可以，客廳、院子的衞生需要多關注 環境：離海很近，門口也有停車場
