Eva Homestay

Solo traveller, spend 4 night there. Eva is really pleasant to communicate with, rented a bike there too, was convenient. Location is not bad, right in the center and has shops and restaurants nearby, also Eva gave good recommendations. Liked that there was a proper table to work on. But to be honest - on pictures it for sure looks better than in reality, will add some details, nothing critical but still. There is no views from window at all, all go to a nearest building. Also it's inconsistent - all rooms look different from each other, and have different amenities, for example in my room there was a huge closet, which to be honest is useless and takes a big portion of already small room, other rooms doesn't have a proper table. I attached a picture of one of other rooms. Everything is really old-looking too, furniture, toiled appliances.. For 4 nights I was there - there was no cleaning whatsoever, at all. Also it's mostly cold-light in the rooms, feels like you are in office, no homey feeling... Also having some ants waking around on the table sometimes and who even bite me - not too pleasant.. So it's not bad, but definitely can be improved.

No elevator. I booked 3 rooms (2 rooms for 5 days, 1 room for 2 days, 2 persons per room). The first question the owner asked me (Do you want to upgrade? Upgrade for what? Lower level-for how much? Bla bla bla…or you can take one bigger room at lower level in exchange for 2 rooms you booked, the prices I (the owner) posted on ******* was years ago, now they are much higher, bla,bla,…I do not want to continue the conversation,etc.

The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable and your are literaly at the city centre. The woman at the reception was very attentive and friendly and speaks good English. The hotel is very central, close to good bars and restaurants and also when you arrive they sit with you to give you tourist information of interest. They also gave me change for € and I forgot a jersey and they sent it to me by mail and helped me get it back later, so amazing customer attention. I would definetely recommend it!

We stayed here only for a night. A lady was very friendly and supportive. Even though we didn’t have much to ask for help, she asked us if we need help every time we see her. We asked for a bath towel since there was only one in the room for 2 persons. They seem to offer tour services so they can arrange for you. We chose here since this was one of the cheapest offers in *******. I think it was good deal for service. She asked me again and again to write in TripAdvisor so this is what I can do for her.

We stayed at Eva's for 2 nights and would do that again. The room was very clean and the AC worked well. She was very friendly and it was easy to communicate since her english is very good. She gave us recommendations on where to eat and what to visit. It was overall a great homestay and we would highly recommend you to stay there too.

Everything was amazing. Eva is amazing, she is really helpful and kind. She arranged for us transporte for different places, cheaper than other options. We felt like at home and the hotel is well located, comfortable and cheap. Great choice :)

Eva Homestay felt like being accommodated by a friend or by family. Eva was always friendly & very helpful with the tips what to do around Hue. She also arranged reliable motorcycle driver for me. My room was clean and cosy, I was completely happy with my accommodation. Nice a**osphere and also the place was near to all Hue city center restaurants and shops!
