It was a last minute booking. For the amount paid, the room is surprisingly good. Clean, efficient and have everything you’d need for a short trip.

Very nice hotel, I stayed for 2 days while visiting a friend. The hotel is very clean and well located. There is also a breakfast option in the hotel which is nice. The business room I stayed in what a good size and even had a bath which was great.
One down point is that none of the staff seemed to speak any English which I found surprising for a international hotel. That said they still went out of their way to help and even went as far as using phones to translate.

總體不太推薦。電梯間垃圾多，衞生間牆面和房間的沙發都有污漬，馬桶圈是歪的，衞生間門把鎖都脱落了。昨晚上跨完年回去，一點左右想洗澡沒熱水不得不等到第二天洗，洗髮水沐浴露都是衹給一小瓶，我們是兩個人入住有點不夠用。另外窗户下就是馬路噪音多，玻璃隔音效果不太行。

希望酒店能把地毯換成地板，抽風機的功率加大，這樣就更乾淨衞生了。早餐的菜品供應不要中斷，種類要增加一點，那就很好了。

在攜程訂的房間，一到大堂就説沒有我訂的房型了，連着兩次了，第一次説的沒有了，説的攜程忘了退了，讓我換標間，我沒同意，最後升級了，這一次去了又説沒有了，還讓我換標間，又説攜程上忘了撤回了，我想問下，是不是以為我去的晚了就故意這樣説的，我去房間的時候明明有空房間，而且房間裏沐浴露都是別人用過的，衹有小半瓶，我住了不是一次兩次了，你們現在這服務，越來越差了

衞生：衞生乾淨整潔，床單平整
環境：走廊整體有點暗色調，幽靜，同時窗户隔音不錯。馬路對面就是武商，吃喝很方便
服務：前台服務很好，同時辦理入住和退房都很及時

服務一般，衞生很差，建議房間沒有收拾好，就不要給客人開房間，大包小包站房間門口等了半小時，看看服務員搞衞生，衹是簡單換個被套洗漱用品，地不掃也不吸塵，我一共住了六天沒有吸過一次，這是最不能理解的，房間設備一般般也可以接受的。
