There are two free to use washer dryers on the 4th floor that were convenient for cleaning my overdue laundry. My room is a bit smaller than expected but comfortable. It was on the 2nd floor facing the rear so noise was minimal despite being nearly at street level. Overall a good experience. Can recommend. Only flaw was that there were no lifts so I had to lug my stuff upstairs and back.

He arranged a car to transport me to the entrance of the mountain, provided me with a map and talked me through the hiking routes. I was also provided with complimentary fruit baskets and soft drinks throughout my time there. The breakfast that they served was plentiful and delicious. The room was very clean, tidy and aesthetically beautiful, the shower was powerful and the bed was very comfortable. The location of the hotel is also fantastic as there are many restaurants and shops within a close proximity, and the entrance to the mountain is only a 5-minute drive away. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Huangshan. I am extremely grateful to the owner and workers for their impeccable hospitality and for creating such an amazing hotel.
