Hotel is located very conveniently near the river and 5 min walk from Tulxi old town. You can get a public bus to/from Huangshan North Railway station. Heater wasn't working but the staff was very accommodating and gave me the portable one. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice. Will stay again here.

The homestay environment is very design-conscious. It feels so good to read a book and listen to the rain in the living room at night. There is actually a fish tank on the roof, which is beautiful. I stayed here for two nights with my friends. The bedding is comfortable. The old street is next door. I will stay here again next time I go on a business trip to Huangshan!

Hostel reception and manager were excellent host, they were very hospitable. The location of the hostel is very good for those doing day trips to Hong cun, Xidi and Huangshan as it's just a short walk to the main bus station to these areas (long distance bus station). It's also about 2km from the Huangshan old town which is walkable for an evening stroll. I will visit Huangshan Hong Cun/Xidi and stay in this hostel again.

There are many tour groups, so it will be noisy early in the morning, and various noises will start at 6:30. Stayed for three nights. The air conditioner upstairs made a loud dripping noise on the first night, so I had to use earplugs. On the third night, I called two door-to-door foot massage services from across the door. The door was open, and there was peaceful laughter and laughter until 10:30 at night. But the location of the hotel is really good. If you are not particular about accommodation conditions and can tolerate it, this is a hotel you can choose.
