Huangshan Qinman Resort Hotel

We stayed at the Qinman hotel 13-16.05.24 for the trip to Huangshan mountain and nearby Hongcu village. Despite the hotel situated ~3km from the tourist bus stop we find the location one of the big benefits: there is no hustle, loud noises of the cars and hordes of tourists: you can peacefully relax and enjoy quite and slow mornings and evenings. The hotel is beautifully designed? Rooms are spacious and perfectly cleaned. The staff of the hotel is very attentive to all questions, very friendly and polite, even despite we didn't speak Chinese the personal organized our stay perfectly and used WeChat with translations to give online feedback to any requests! Special thanks to Ms. 慧慧 HuiHui she helped organize transfers, morning breakfast for takeaway and tea with delights to our hot springs. Worth to note! This hotel has its own private hot springs, in May temperature in n the evening can go down to ~18C, fresh hot water helps you relax after long busy days and mind can fully rest in the silence of the night. One of the surprises of the stay was free laundry, it is extremely useful after hikes in n the mountains. Hotel restaurant has great breakfast with local farmer's products and freshly ground good coffee from reputable roasters. If you are a tea lover you'll find tea store from farmers just in front of the main gates, in the rooms you'll find local tea and tea set for tea ceremonies 😀. What is more? The dinner is delicious, especially local fishes. If you arrive by the bus to Tangkou the hotel staff can organize a transfer from and to bus station for free. We highly recommend Qinman hotel for everyone!

Room is superb huge and clean with bath tub. However the front desk staff attitude should be improved. The check-in experience was bad. Other staff attitude was good and friendly.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The service was outstanding couldn’t have been better. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable and fantastic. Miss 引颖 from reception was perfect! Thank you ! She made sure everything was ready for us, the pick up from the scenic area, the hot springs, the dinner and breakfast, she kindly served tea and candies and messaged us to make sure we had everything we needed. The hotel is spotless,beautiful, comfortable and elegant the location is convenient and the Chinese food is nice. Such a great choice for Huangshan scenic area. Room is spacious(50m2). Service is exceptional good. The hotel provides free shuttle services to Huangshan Scenic bus transfer center. I am also surprised to learn that they provided laundry service for free. They provided free luggage storage when we were in the mountain. we only had one dinner at the hotel which Hui style dishes. We liked them. At the end, two gift packages are provided.

I have just returned from a three day stay at Huangshan Qinman Resort Hotel and enjoyed every moment. The room was spaceous and spotlessly clean with a huge circular bathtub as well as an excellent rain shower. We were given a warm welcome on arrival and check in was super quick. As it was -2--4 outside the AC and underfloor heating made the room comfortable in minutes as we settled in to enjoy some tea and welcome snacks. Breakfast was served in our room and arrived looking like a banquet fit for a king! Very many small dishes rangine from Sweet Potato, egg, cakes, noodles, shu mei and Baozi. Definitely enough to set you up for a days hiking on Yellow Mountain. The staff were very helpful in pointing out where we should go on the mountain and what was best to see. They also provided us with a car ride to catch the bus to the cablecar and also to and from the main town at night so we could have dinner out. On returning each night we were presented with a traditional dessert and some fruits. Huangshan Qinman Resort Hotel also has hot springs and we made use of these each night. After a few minutes to get used to the spring we would be greeted with Tea and some light snacks which was wonderful. As we checked out shortly after breakfast on the last morning we were presented with some gift boxes of local cakes. A lovely guesture. I can highly recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting the area. I was made to feel so welcome and would happily stay here again next time I visit Huangshan.

入住前一直聯繫確認行程，酒店可以派車接，到店後管家惠惠也到店外迎並一直送到房間，並且主動告知不用擔心泡温泉時間不夠，她可以適當延長温泉關閉時間，對於爬一天山的寶寶來説，有賓至如歸的體驗！早餐是套餐式的，水果咖啡可以自助，相當豐富，肯定是吃不完的，我們因為是退房回家，把剩餘的打包了，否則還是有點浪費，退房還送了黃山燒餅，體驗滿分！

這個酒店太贊拉，房間很贊，住過那麼多酒店第一次看到酒店裡備有一次性浴缸膜，一次性馬桶套，而且早餐也很精緻，特別要表揚管家慧慧服務太周到了，從我預訂酒店開始就給我黃山風景區的各種行程攻略，還幫我們安排接送的師傅，提醒我們這邊的温度，該穿什麼，該買哪些票，最值得一提的一點就是我説房間有點亮，窗簾不夠厚，第二天立馬給我買了眼罩，真的太貼心了，這是一家肯定會二刷的酒店

二次入住沁漫，服務和環境一如既往的好，本次接待我們的是引穎和慧慧，特別熱情，服務很周到細心，温泉服務也很好，在酒店用了正餐，嘗試了臭鱖魚，品質和味道都很棒。早餐也很豐富，給我們爬山提供了足夠的能量😛，有機會還會再洗選擇沁漫！
