Hotel is conveniently located along Tunxi Old St near the main entrance. Staff is very friendly. There are two free to use washer dryers on the 4th floor that were convenient for cleaning my overdue laundry.
My room is a bit smaller than expected but comfortable. It was on the 2nd floor facing the rear so noise was minimal despite being nearly at street level.
Overall a good experience. Can recommend. Only flaw was that there were no lifts so I had to lug my stuff upstairs and back.

Free laundry and cooked real breakfast for you.
The items are very completed inside the hotel. Cleanliness is really good. The bed is comfortable. Price range is also good.

我們一行四個七十多歲的長者。在網上眾多的酒店名宿中選中了希諾酒店。在住店前，我電話跟酒店前台溝通，是否可以照顧長者房間安排一樓方便進出。接待我的是小方，她立馬答應重新佈局調整房間，很讓我們感動。到酒店的這一天，天下着雨屯溪老街車子不能進去，酒店前台小邵冒着雨到外面來迎接我們，幫忙搬運行李。他們積極熱情的工作態度覺得選擇這家酒店沒錯。最讓我們感歎的是他們24小時免費提供咖啡，還是品質比較好的現磨咖啡，這是在五星級酒店都不曾見到的。他們的酒店早餐雖然地方不大，擺放的也不像星級賓館那樣花裏胡躁，但是品種很多你要想到的基本都有。還有免費的夜宵甜點呢。都是我們能看得見他們親自燒的。幾天的住宿不管我們有任何需求，他們一定會滿足的。他們的床上用品不管是枕頭還是被褥都是很舒服的。四天的旅行圓滿結束！開心回家了！

感覺很舒服的一次入住，酒店小而精，床墊枕頭都超舒服👍空調，洗澡都是超棒的
現磨咖啡是免費的（咖啡很好喝哦），品嚐了徽州毛豆腐。每天都要喝上兩杯菊花茶很去火🔥
前台服務熱情周到，百問百答👍
總之是一次很好的酒店入住✌️

月初來了黃山，通過平台看到了黃山也有希諾酒店，在杭州寧波經常住，果然還是很好的，酒店服務員都比較熱情，作為在老街口的一家酒店，地理位置方便，酒店性價比高，這個價格在一個旅遊城市真的便宜，周圍吃飯的地方也很多，離公交車站也近，退房還送了黃山燒餅，下次還來住！

很不錯的酒店。很有設計感和金屬風 年輕人會很喜歡，還有個小院子，綠植養的很漂亮，好幾個打卡點適合打卡，房間面積不大但五臟俱全，完全四星酒店的配備，早餐也還不錯，主要地段好，一出門就老街，去河街黎陽老街都很近，停車場要走5分鐘過來，但也是免費的 來黃山市區住這裏準沒錯。
