Very good service, my family encountered our passport/ID/bag self “sleep walking” problem, but the hotel was able to help us to relocate and retrieve them, very grateful! Staffs are extremely helpful and rapid response, will definitely recommended! Come anytime, if there is any trouble they will help !

It’s expensive, but when you’re up in that part of the mountain, everything is. At least the prices weren’t criminal. When you compare it with similar places in the U.S. or Europe, it’s actually affordable. You can’t catch the sunrise in Huangshan any other way; you must spend the night in a lodging up in the mountain, so why not go with a comfortable choice with good food.

The hotel and family room were very good & clean and had everything you need in the mountain area, thick jacket, umbrella, heater, torch. Water flow was nice and heater was steady. Xiaoye the staff was super friendly, helpful, and sending us many reminder about how to use the amenities and even gave free breakfast for my boy. At 9pm a staff sent the snacks to us like cakes, fruits and dried tea huangshan specialites. My hubby seldom want to give good rating but this time he was the one keen to give 5 stars rating. Bai Yun hotel is definitely the one should pick to stay, to bright summit around 45min walk as we are slow walkers, not a good climber haha.. very lucky day to get the sea of clouds and sunrise, very beautiful indeed. The hotel is highly recommended.

This was my first visit to the famous Huangshan. My tour agent helped us book the entrance fee, cable car, and electric bus tickets. We needed to show our passports at every entry or boarding point, as the electronic tickets were linked to our passport numbers. The hotel we stayed at is a nice one, located right next to the Yuping cable car. However, be prepared to climb another 15 minutes to reach the hotel. We arrived early at 10 am, so our room was not available yet. We left our small backpacks at the hotel and trekked to the Bright Summit. Along the way, we saw monkeys and passed by the Baiyun Hotel. By the time we returned to Yupinglou Hotel, it was almost evening. The trek was scenic but very tiring, with many stairs. Our kind and helpful host, Yu Jian, from Yupinglou Hotel was in constant contact with us through WeChat and recommended places to visit. This hotel is closest to the Celestial Capital Peak, but I was too tired to climb it the next morning. I highly recommend climbing this peak and will do it if I have the chance to visit again. Overall, it’s a nice hotel to stay in. Don’t expect too many luxuries, as it’s located on top of a rugged mountain. Even the vegetables and food need to be carried by porters to the hotels, which is no easy task.

Although the price is definitely a little high, it makes sense for a hotel situated on top of a mountain. The public areas were bright and spotless. The room I booked was comfortable and mostly clean. The bathroom did have bits of black on the ceiling. Can’t beat the location though, as it’s close to a great spot to watch the sunset/sunrise. Appreciate especially the helpful service and timely communication from Kai at the front desk, who was also kind enough to share his photography of the night sky. I was able to get a few cool shots at a scenic outlook he had recommended. Maybe because I went a little late, but the dinner buffet was pretty mediocre. Overall a very good stay. Would book again, but maybe choose other food options.

Hotel service is very good. Front desk staff, especially Chloe, is very helpful. We requested for non-smoking room and they explained there’s no non-smoking floor in the hotel but they can clean up the rooms off smoke scent before handing to us. On checkin, they personally showed us to our room and asked that we inspect it before accepting. No request is too small. When we told them the room felt cold, they sent someone to help adjust the heater for us. We had a great stay!

I feel that this is the most cost-effective hotel I have stayed in for so many years. First of all, the room rate includes two tickets to Qiyun Mountain with a ticket price of 68 yuan + two breakfasts with a wide variety of varieties. Secondly, we were upgraded to Building 3 with better conditions for free before check-in. Then the hotel has its own golf course, which covers a large area. It feels like walking in a forest park when you get up in the morning. Finally, the front desk clerk Xiaoxi and Xiaoba are warm and thoughtful, and they also gave our children a cute plush toy before leaving.

The biggest selling point of the hotel is that it is at the foot of Huangshan Mountain, very close to the Xiaoyaoxi transfer station, and it only takes five or six minutes to walk; second, there are hot springs. You don’t have to worry about the hot springs. Anyway, you can soak in hot springs before and after climbing the mountain, which feels super refreshing! Moreover, the hotel room is super large, and the facilities, hygiene, and service are all good. The food in the restaurant is also unexpectedly good! I arrived at the hotel in the afternoon of the first day, took a short rest after dinner, and then went to soak in the hot springs. On the second day, I climbed the mountain and stayed on the mountain for one night. On the third day, I continued to stay in this hotel for one night after going down the mountain. After going down the mountain, I soaked in the hot springs before leaving. It was really comfortable! A great stay experience, worth recommending!

The hotel is very spacious, whether it is the exterior, lobby, room, or restaurant, it is quite grand. Parking is convenient and the surrounding environment is good. There are many varieties of breakfast. The room layout is good and there is a big bathtub. The hotel has been open for a long time, and the facilities are generally well maintained, except that there are some stains in the bathroom and shower. As for the noise problem mentioned by everyone, the sound of the train is indeed quite obvious, about one or two hours apart, but it did not affect our sleep at night, but it may be a little affected for people with light sleep.

First of all, fairly easy to get to, and the manager will direct you on the routes to take. The day was sunny and we went about to West Canyon. This is a must see and fun. The rest is pedestrian. We went to see the sunset with the hotel. Not much happened. It rained in the morning, so no sunrise tour. However, after the rain was the mist, giving credit to its fame.
