七點的早餐券，結果7點5分沒早餐吃，餐廳人員叼着煙説:“要到7點半才有早餐，反正7點沒吃的，不信你自己看”！
大廳工作人員説是早餐券搞錯了。
那請問，我入住的時候為什麼不告知？連最基本的旅客知情權都不能保證？
不是每個人住酒店都能優哉遊哉的配合你的時間。

中規中矩的酒店，如果不是和介紹不符，住得也還可以。但是房間介紹是兩張1.5米的床，結果是1.35米的。因為帶了一個小孩，特意找的這家酒店的這個房型。結果居然是假的。找了前台，人家説解決不了。還有什麼辦法了，那麼晚了。總之，有被騙的感覺。

酒店很乾凈，服務態度好，保密性強，雖然在繁華地段但是不嘈雜，早餐品類也很豐富，有麪條，粥，水果，各種菜，牛奶，豆漿……很多很多，最重要的東西掉酒店房間了，後面聯繫酒店前台，小姐姐和小哥哥都是非常熱情的幫我喊了跑跑送給我，我非常滿意。

之前是凱里亞德酒店，入住後才發現是陸港酒店，很土的一個名字，土到房間都不能上網，看不了電視還沒有監控，偌大的酒店前台就一個小姐姐，樓層地毯很久很久沒有洗過，房間地毯也不乾淨，煙味重！
