We had the best time at the hotel starting from the receptionist she was so generous and helpful as well as the security guard that evening We arrived he was very kind and helpful. The hotel interior is beautiful with alot of arts. I especially liked the mirrors in the bathroom they are huge and very clean. The hotel itself is very clean and the beddings are very soft, warm and comfortable. We also liked the room service they were quick and delivered delicious warm food. The breakfast was good as well although We couldn't find other meals we had previously seen on the list. The only issue we had was constant knock at the door almost 5 times the same morning which inconvenience us somehow.i would recommend next time they finish with all the registration process when someone is checking in to avoid all this inconvenience. Generally i would recommend anyone coming to Huai'an to book this hotel.

酒店地理位置不錯，不管是去商圈還是周邊幾個景區都很方便.前台服務超好，很熱情，也耐心解答各種疑問.房間最愛就是大浴缸🛁，房間空間也很大，採光很好，也很安靜.打掃衞生的這個保潔阿姨特別好，彬彬有禮.下次來淮安還會選擇這家酒店

超級滿意，可以説是我訂酒店以來最滿意的一次，性價比真的很高 服務：服務人員和打掃的阿姨都非常的熱情，見面都會打招呼，早餐也很棒，有麪條還有小餛飩 環境：非常好，看上去大床房非常高級，洗澡的時候最驚喜，花灑水特別足（我上次去南京300多點的房間花灑小的滴水狀） 還有機器人送餐送物服務，被可愛到了，綜上特別的滿意，下次來淮安還會選擇宜必思淮工店

房間乾淨整潔，接待大廳寬敞明亮豪華大氣，工作人員非常專業熱情，停車場也比較大，交通非常方便，早餐品種齊全，味道好，值得推薦！
