The attitude of the service staff is very good. You can borrow board games to play. The swimming pool is a bit small.

the hotel wifi is unstable, at night time it didn't work at all.
after renovation the room power sockets placed in the wrong location and the BS type power plug cannot insert.
the receptionist services is very friendly and effective but the shuttle services isn't on time
as a 5* hotel, the overall services need to improve

從進場登記到入住、晚餐的服務及餐點，都有五星級優質的水準，唯一美中不足的地方，就是4/13早餐，帶位的服務人員及帶位用餐的位置，位置是靠近餐廳門口的地方，有一排擺放3個斜角的2人用餐位置，因餐桌擺放的角度問題，導致於隔壁桌位置過於接近，不論事用餐的人，或其他桌取餐的人，只要經過此位置時，都需側身且放慢腳步特別留意的，因經過的人，怕去撞的用餐的人，而用餐的人，怕被經過的人撞到，整個用餐的過程，非常讓人不舒服，且讓人匪夷所思的事，隔壁明明位置就還很多，為什麼就得安排在此擁擠的地方用餐，這排3個斜角的用餐座位，只適合一個人的用餐，另外更讓人不解的事，一個人的用餐，服務人員卻將他帶至4人的用餐位置，2人的用餐，卻是帶去斜角且用餐讓人不舒服的2人位置，實在不懂帶位服務人員的邏輯在哪？顯然這方面飯店在人員教育訓練上有所缺失！
