Studio 6-Houston, TX - InterContinental Airport South

Arrived @ 9pm. It was difficult to tell if I was at a Motel 6 because the motel signs were not on, could not tell it was a Motel 6 until I walked into the lobby and saw a sign inside. I arrived and they did not have my reservation. I was told they did have rooms and could have a room for $90, plus a $25 deposit. Cash Only. Was told that If I made a reservation online then I could use my card. I did that right then and there. I was then told I had to use another website such as *******. The lobby was dirty, the front desk was a mess, the bulletproof window was dirty, and the clerk was grubby looking, would not speak loudly enough to be heard clearly, and offered a zero customer service experience. The people roaming around outside the motel were suspect as well. Nothing about this visit seemed secure or trustworthy. I left and stayed elsewhere. Not good.
