I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the positive side, the hotel itself looked fantastic. Everything was new and impeccably clean, which made the stay very pleasant. However, there are areas that need improvement. The service was quite slow. It took us 50 minutes to check in, and one night, I had to wait 18 minutes to get my car from the valet service. For breakfast, we waited 15 minutes to be seated even though there were open seats outside. These delays were frustrating and affected our overall experience. The pool area also needs better management. There were often glasses and used towels left around that needed to be cleared, and sometimes the dry towels ran out, which was inconvenient. Overall, while the hotel's appearance and cleanliness are commendable, addressing these service issues would significantly enhance the guest experience. I hope management takes this feedback into consideration.
