La Vyoma Villas, Westpark Hwy 6

I have a good experience staying in your hotel. It was neat. The air conditioner worked perfectly okay. The staff are experienced and friendly. The hotel is situated where I was able able to get whatever I need. It was a nice stay. You guys keep doing the good work

They overcharged me and stole money off my credit card approx. $5,000. Don't trust them at all. Be sure and check your credit card and or debt card all the time after you check in, because they over charged by at least $50 a week, didn't return my taxes, and charged me fees on my credit card I never knew about or approved, nor would I. They're scammers in my opinion for what they did to me. The staff wasn't nice at all. The Indian women were very rude and they seemed to live in back of the office.

The room are very clean. There’s real Kitchener, with medium sized refrigerator, the bathrooms are equipped with the latest fixtures and clean. The management does a great job making sure the rooms and property is well maintained. You’re walking distance of Walmart, coffee shop, Pizza Hut, fast food, service stations and tollway are very short distance of the hotel. I highly recommend this safe place for anyone or family.

This is a nice motel at a fair price. But don't be misled by their "boutique hotel" tagline. It's a motel, not a hotel. If a car pulls in with its stereo turned up loud -- like one did at 3AM about 10 feet from our door -- you'll hear it. If people are arguing in the walkway a few doors down, you'll hear it. But if you're looking for a motel, this is pretty good for the price. It's new -- the office isn't even finished yet -- so all the appliances are new. Our room came with a kitchenette and a full-size refrigerator. The bed was comfortable. The overhead shower is nice. The parking lot is *very* well lit. FWIW, since other reviews mentioned rude clerks -- they were polite to me when I checked in and were polite to the other people I saw them helping.

Having a date night for our early anniversary. This place was beautiful inside and out. I love the fact that it had 2 shower heads. It was just beautiful and comfy relaxing. Will definitely go back

The rooms and amenities in the rooms are superb. An excellent room ambience and arrangement.

Upon arrival at the property, I had to wait for 15 minutes for assistance. When the staff member finally arrived, she appeared upset and was speaking loudly on the phone in a different language. Subsequently, I was informed that my reservation for La Vyoma Villas was no longer available, and they offered me a room at their neighboring America's Best Value Inn and Suites. Surprisingly, the online price for this alternative hotel was $18.10 cheaper than my original booking. Despite bringing this price difference to the attention of the front desk lady, she showed no interest in matching the price. Due to the late hour (2 am), I decided to stay despite the higher charge. However, my disappointment grew when I entered the bathroom to take a shower, only to find it uncleaned from the previous occupant, with lots of hair and used shampoo bags scattered around. It was undoubtedly one of the worst stays I have experienced. I strongly advise against choosing this property and suggest looking for an alternative option.

BEWARE! I stayed in this hotel as a solo, female traveler. I heard gut wrenching screams from a woman two nights in a row. On the second night I also heard a man screaming extremely violently. When I brought this to the attention of the hotel manager, he said there was nothing he can do about it. There were random men loitering on the property. In addition to that, my hotel room was extremely dirty. There was grime on the floor and countertops. (Literally, when I took a disinfectant wipe over the counter, it resulted in a dark residue.) This place should only be a last resort. If you are a solo female traveler DO NOT stay here. I ended up leaving my reservation four days early because I was afraid for my safety. The manager refused to give me a refund. Please stay at a safer location.

Everything was good the only thing I didn’t like was that their was a lady doing ***** at the stairs and she kept asking me for stuff
