The hotel itself is prefecture fine. Nice rooms and friendly staff. My big issue is there are no water fountain or bottle refill stations or complimentary water bottles. Houston Texas is extremely hot so this is a conscious choice to make travelers pay for their over priced $5 water bottles. I thought Marriott was better than this. So disappointed.

I am very grateful to this hotel because I only arrived at the airport at one o'clock in the morning, and the driver who was picked up by the hotel staff had already gone home. However, when I called the hotel, they learned about my situation and compensated me for the rental. The cost of the car. The hotel’s facilities are very complete and of high quality. The hotel’s front desk is very friendly and helpful. This hotel left me a deep and wonderful impression and a lot of gratitude.

Connected by tram to the airport, coming up the escalator after a day of stress and travel delays, the lobby pleasantly welcomes, and the smiles from desk agents wrap you like a toasty blanket. Check in took about one minute and we were on our way to the most comfortable room. The hotel has a fun, futuristic layout. Club M was 10 stars on a 5-star scale for food, snacks, coffee - you name it. Restaurant serves great food - try the pizza - and enjoy upbeat service. Our stay was unexpected and we were pretty sour to have an entire day delay before our connecting flight, but WOW - I’m so thankful we stayed here because it was hard to be in a bad mood for too long in this very nice hotel. If you travel frequently, check out the flight store - geared for flight crews, they sell very durable luggage, cool lanyards and all types of accessories.

Hotel convenient to the airport with a shuttle. Rooms and lobby clean and neat as one would expect from a Hampton Inn. The 5 stars really belong to the front desk clerk and the shuttle driver the morning of my departure on 6/27/22. I was in Houston for an interview at the airport Marriott. I arrived at the desk that morning a few minutes later than I had scheduled for the shuttle and the front desk clerk (Aaron I think) said I would have to wait. I had left some time to get to my interview, so I was disappointed since I was less than 5 minutes late but it wasn't a big deal. Immediately Terry (I think) jumped in and said he would take me right now, which was so great! Nice flexibility and kindness Terry! But that's not the end of this story. I got to the airport Marriott and realized I left my watch in the room!! So, I called Aaron and explained I left my watch and asked if the shuttle driver could drop it off at the valet desk at the Marriott while I was in my interview. (I said the valet because I didn't want to ask him to have to come in the building.) Aaron was tracking with me that whole time. I didn't have to clarify or explain myself again even though this must have been a terrifically weird request. He just said ”no problem”!!! I thought I was going to have to beg and explain several times! During my interview I get a text from Terry saying he left my watch at the check in desk! So easy, I pick it right up as I am leaving the interview!! Problem solved by these two smart, generous, flexible, clear-minded men. That's great customer service and I am grateful to have been the recipient. Thanks men!!

The Courtyard looks like a new hotel and the rooms are nicely decorated. We had a room on the first floor and the ceilings were really high! It felt like 15 feet! Service was ok. I waited a while for the airport shuttle and just gave up. The staff at check in seemed like they didn’t want to be there. And the engineering office is by the elevators on the first floor and they were so loud all morning long. Overall the hotel is nice but the employees need to be more professional.
