Comfort Inn & Suites Houma

I booked because of the indoor pool as it’s posted and pics show but it was not an inside pool. And I got a knock on my door from a rude neighbor demanding I turn the tv down and it was only on 16.

Everything was great! The only issue we had was no trash bags in the trash cans. But the employees were great, very professional amd friendly!!! The rooms were very clean!

Breakfast was a big part of choosing this property...but breakfast was a disappointment. Watery microwave eggs, that I watched the staff make and pour water off of them from a pan into the trash. Coffee was bitter and not good. Other than the breakfast...everything else about the stay was EXCELLENT!!!

Really enjoyed our stay the only down fall was the indoor pool area not being closed in .It was to cold to enjoy the pool on the rainy day the plan was for the kids to be able to swim .

Everything with the hotel was amazing. Other than the TV did not work correctly because they use the choice TVs low water pressure and no hot water

Nothing against the hotel because they didn't do anything wrong but your website and the confirmation email stated check out was at noon yet the front desk called at 11:30 saying I had to check out by 11:00. That was extremely inconvenient especially considering I was in the middle of a conference call at work

Arrived to check in at 3.30 to chaotic scenes, as there were people waiting to check in, as roomed weren’t ready. I finally got in my room at 4,45. The coffee machine, fridge and microwave didn’t work, but air worked out the appliances were OK, but the power point into which they were plugged was not. The aircon unit didn’t turn off. I told a man at the desk of the fault in the room, he really couldn’t care less, and didn’t register it as something that should concern him at all. At checkout, the woman asked how was my stay,..I replied “not good”. She didn’t even have the skills/courtesy to ask why, or how could things be done better. Awful customer service. Breakfast was basic, but the rooms were well decorated.

A more unprofessional reception/ breakfast staff you won’t find. I’ll be brief. Tried to check in at 3, didn’t get my room until 4.45. The coffee machine, fridge, and microwave didn’t work. I found it was the electrical socket they were plugged in to was at fault, not the appliances. The air con unit wouldn’t turn off. On leaving, I told the man on reception what I had found, and he evidently didn’t care, as he didn’t write it down nor ask any question. On checking out, the woman asked how was my stay, I replied “not great”….and that was it. No response asking how could things be improved…notion at all. The room decor was really good.

Clean renovated and spacious room. We had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Breakfast was nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful!
