"A vista da janela com vista para a baía é de tirar o fôlego — definitivamente evite quartos com vista diferente! A equipe é fantástica, especialmente a equipe da recepção: incrivelmente simpática, sempre pronta para ajudar e cheia de ótimas recomendações de restaurantes e atividades. Um grande obrigado a eles por isso! O serviço do restaurante é bom, mas a comida deixou a desejar — o café da manhã era bem básico. Apenas alguns pratos do cardápio eram saborosos; o restante precisa melhorar. Eles deveriam realmente renovar suas opções. Os quartos são impecáveis e a limpeza faz um excelente trabalho. A piscina é linda e bem cuidada, mas há um problema com odores desagradáveis vindos do porto, o que às vezes torna a natação menos atraente. A academia é mal equipada — poderia ter mais aparelhos ou pelo menos uma barra olímpica."

"Upon arrival, we found out that the Ricardo Hotel was fully booked, so we had to stay in a half-empty building next door. Overall, the room wasn't bad. It had a balcony and hot water. However, there was no shower kit provided. The room description mentioned a hairdryer, but there wasn't one at all. The sink drained very slowly! On our last day, there was no water in the toilet. Tom, a staff member, was very helpful and tried his best to assist us with everything we asked for. Big thanks to him 🙏. And that rooster crowing at midnight – that's a special kind of crazy! 😂 I think he's ready for the soup pot! 🙈 The hotel's location isn't ideal, but there's a 24-hour McDonald's nearby. Getting from the hotel to the town center and the pier (where boats depart for tours) costs 50-60 Philippine pesos for two people on a tricycle. The hotel staff booked a tricycle transfer for us to the pier in the morning, for our boat to El Nido. However, the driver quoted an excessively high price, comparable to what we paid for a minivan from the airport. Considering it's not a long ride at all, it was quite unpleasant. All in all, it's livable, especially considering the cost. We booked our stay not long before check-in, so we didn't have many other options."

"It is cheap. But cool. I liked it. There is no hot water. Just the very very basic amenities. But I liked my stay. It was chill. And the staff to be honest I didn't even see them hhh I talked with them when I checked in once and that's it. When checking out I left the key at desk. If you're broke and don't care that much.
