"酒店整體來説還可以，服務態度很好，服務速度也很快，尤其是停車場的安全員，很高效很體貼。 但是，這個酒店有三個比較不人性化的問題： 一是酒店電梯系統不智能，衹要一部電梯動，另一部電梯就會原地不動，不能效率的解決乘客問題，而且還在我入住期間壞過一次； 二是酒店的無線網絡問題，每個房間明明是有無線網絡，但是酒店提供不了無線密碼，衹能使用公共無線網絡，導致網絡特別卡還會掉線，即使更換網絡，也是另外一個公共網絡； 三是酒店的空調問題，空調不能每個房間單獨控制，酒店工作人員説是集中控制，所以冷暖不能每個房間自主，而且設定了時間段統一管理，這點很不方便。 不過酒店的工作人員還是很熱情和負責任的。酒店的工作人員可以説是瑞麗酒店中第一，酒店排在瑞麗第一就嚴重懷疑真實性。"
