"We had a great time in the bright resort for our weekend bike trip round Qiandao lake. The room was big, the view was very nice and having the hot springs after a long day on the bike was great. It was very clean and the breakfast was ok considering the overall price. Service was very good, we had some special requests because of our bikes and checkout-time which was super easy to align with the front desk. We directly got the contact of 温柔大哥欧耶耶 who was super nice, answered super fast and really gave us the feeling she want to make our stay special and welcoming. Thanks for a great weekend"

"Our time at the Sheraton Qiandao Lake was excellent. The staff went out of their way to help us and make our trip and stay smooth. Sauron was especially helpful and was only a text message away. We would really recommend the hotel. The hot springs were lovely and warm! The only slight inconvenience is its slightly further away from everything and you need to Didi for everything as non Chinese citizens can't use the ebikes or bikes as a foreigner."

"Beautifully located hotel, with great views and access to Qiandaohu. Amazing service by Intercontinental Experience Ambassador Klein, who was able to help with any requests needed. Children loved the services available including electric cars, train, indoor play area. The only area I would say needs some improvement is food choices for children. Very limited choices for what they could eat."

"五一帶孩子和媽媽放鬆幾天，一眼就被這家民宿的小溪吊橋吸引，坐落在村中但別具一格，進門後別有洞天，泳池，小溪，吊橋都在我的心巴上，訂的房間是雲舒，有兩個大床，兩大一小睡的舒舒服服，房間很大，還有個客廳，互相不打擾，落地玻璃外就是溪景，早晨打開窗簾景色太美了，孩子很喜歡去小溪踩水和扔石頭，民宿的服務太好了，有求必應，飯菜也很美味，早餐健康，還有火車站接送服務和贈送下午茶，一切都安排的很好，媽媽也特別滿意，在這五一人擠人的時候，遠離喧囂，安靜的躺平，太舒服了！"

"整體來講感覺很好的，推開房門看到落地窗，整片原始山林直接湧進房間，管家送來的山泉煮茶聲，和遠處偶爾的鳥鳴，組成了最治癒的白噪音。最驚艷的是浴室，管家説這間房取名自”滄海一粟”的哲學，確實，躺在這裏看萬壑松風時，都市煩惱都變得渺小了。要説美中不足...就是太容易睡過頭，連鬧鐘都捨不得設（因為山裡的晨光就是最好的喚醒劑）。已經和先生約定，等秋葉紅時要再來住【秋葉落】，把8間房都睡遍才算圓滿啊，哈哈哈哈"

"We chose this hotel primarily for its promise of a secluded, nature-connected experience and its on-site hot springs—a perfect antidote to busy city life. The room was warm, cozy, and wonderfully quiet. The bed was big and incredibly comfortable, ensuring great sleep. The bathroom was spacious and well-appointed. The best feature was the house's layout—separated from others, it felt private, secluded, and truly integrated with the natural surroundings. It was the peaceful haven we needed. The hotel territory is vast and beautifully maintained, perfect for calming walks. The dining experience was excellent: the food was tasty, presented in a clean environment, and offered a satisfying variety. Unfortunately, the main attraction became a source of stress. The culture of quiet, therapeutic relaxation expected at a hot spring was completely absent. The most visitors were behaving like they are in a public swimming pool, with yelling and kids jumping, splashing, and running around. This chaotic atmosphere made it impossible to relax or enjoy the springs' intended benefits. It felt like a disaster for anyone seeking the tranquil, restorative experience hot springs are known for. Despite the hot springs issue, our overall stay was very nice, thanks to the superb room, excellent food, and beautiful grounds. The core product—the accommodation—is outstanding. I will definitely return, but I will plan my visit for a much less busy period (perhaps weekdays or off-holidays). If you are seeking solitude and quiet, I highly recommend the rooms but advise cautious timing for the hot springs. This place has all the ingredients for a perfect retreat; you just need to find the right moment to enjoy them fully."
